An honest 5 stars, I grew up with this place and I love it every time to this day. I still go here after church sometimes and it never fails to impress me. The hot chocolate is wonderful here and the steak and eggs is well made too. Always recommend, love it.
Disappointed. 8/22/25 took my daughter to breakfast in Santee since she hasn't been home for 6 years. She ordered the breakfast burrito, i had the english muffin sandwich with sausage. Both were bland & I needed to add salt, something I NEVER do. Even salsa didn't improve it. Very disappointed.

Waited an extremely long time for the wait person to take our order. Noticed other wait staff prioritized gabbing/chatting with customers. I ordered the corned beef hash and eggs. Corned beef hash was good, eggs were good, hashbrowns were so crispy it was like biting through semi-brittle plastic. The biscuit was almost as dense as a hockey pick, the saving grace for it was the side of sausage gravy. Will probably not be going back. It's a shame really, the new location didn't help the business. Customer service was sorely lacking. SMDH! Giving a two star rating due to being seated straight away and the food was ok.
Plenty of parking as well.
