This was my first time at the Omelette Factory and it won't be my last. Everything was delicious and hearty. I ordered the Highway 52 Omelette as well as the French Toast. The omelette was cooked well and the hash browns had a nice crispy crunch. The French Toast was equally as well made. The restaurant was clean, organized, and pleasant. My server was Mary, she did an amazing job! I had an overall great experience for breakfast. It's a solid spot to eat a good meal in Santee. Eat up!!!

Omelette Factory has NEVER disappointed. But then , I almost always get the same thing: chicken fried steak , 2 eggs over easy , hash browns and rye toast.But not this time.I changed it up and went for an omelette. It was the chilaquiles and chorizo omelette and man was that really good! So that's going to be the new go-to for a while now.We went on Easter Sunday so the service was just a tad slower than what we'd grown accustomed to but understandably and expectedly so.

We went in on Saturday morning, there was no wait and we were seated right away. Our server was awesome and the food was great! There was a wait when we left so maybe go earlier than 10 or so if you want to get in quickly.

Ahhh mazing food, service, drinks and atmosphere. Went on a Sunday morning around 11:30. Wait was about 20 minutes for 4. Took a bit for our server to come by, but someone else came and got our drink orders. We got corn beef hash, chicken fried steak, eggs Benedict, and a senior meal for food. Bloody Mary was delicious and not spicy. The pancakes were so delicious! All the food was huge portions and so yummy! Our server, Mary was fun and attentive! Will definitely be back when I am back in town!

I figured the Athenia omelet would be more flavorful. They were pretty stingy with the Gyro meat and forgot the feta. We got the food to go so I don't drive back. For $17 it was pretty disappointing.The vegetable omelet was much better and more flavorful.
