Skip the Santee location. 45 min wait for Panda Express is ridiculous, especially considering there were only 5 people ahead of me in line at the store. They need to meter their online orders, expand their food prep area, and hire more staff. Until they make changes, this place is a nightmare.

Absolutely horrible customer service and lazy employees. The manager is obviously terrible at thier job. Massive line of customers waiting to be served and the staff can barely be bothered to do thier job. Only 2 people working behind the counter and they had no sense of urgency or desire to serve anyone. They just looked bored and slow and lazy. After 10 minutes of waiting for them to serve one customer I had to leave. I won't be coming back. And I dont recommend anyone else to either unless you have an hour to waste while the employees finish talking amongst themselves and finally decide to SLOWLY and LAZILY help serve customers. Worst experience I've ever had at panda express.

Messed up my order. Asked for chow mien and they gave me veggies. Small portions compared to other stores and previous visits to that store. Rushed us through our ordering at 7pm even though they didn't close for 2 more hours. To be fair this has only happened to me once before at that location.

They forgot my teriyaki chicken. They walked away from my plate to fulfill orders they had on hold for broccoli beef. I walked to the register and just saw someone walk to the counter with my order. I didn't notice they had just closed it and walked to the counter without the teriyaki chicken.

Took to long to check me out cause they were busy giving the guy in front of me free food. I just left without my order. Never going back.

I thought is was a one off thing because we have been going to this Panda for years. But the last few times we went the orange chicken it's rock hard. It's not edible. My kids wouldn't even eat it.

Staff is always friendly but the food is terrible now!

I ordered take out... DoorDash.... Last time was disappointing.. Bur, thought I would try again... This time. Really will never recommend or eat here again.... Almost 25.00 dollars and tipped $7.00. The order was wrong. Red meat was overcooked and noodles was so bad.... Do better....
