The best and delicious Chinese food in here. Have white rice, fried rice, black pepper steack, orange chicken, teriyaki chicken, Beijing beef, mushrooms chicken and many more. You can choose.

Chow Mein and Fried rice especially look, smell, and taste burned, the rice is especially obvious.

They should have been able to catch it and toss it out and make a new batch. Guess they were waiting for someone to call in or come back passed off instead of just letting me or anyone else in line know, I wouldn't have minded waiting a couple more minutes instead of wasting my money.

So here is the 1 star you wanted.

I miss this place, but it’s not as clean as I remember. I know it’s a busy fast food spot, and the food is decent. Unfortunately, the rangoon wasn’t as fresh this time, though the servers were good.

If you only have a 30 m8nute lunch break don't bother wasting your time coming here, they are always slow and this last time I ordered through the app, it said it would be ready in 10 minutes... I ordered , drove over there only to sit and wait another 15 minutes for a orange chicken and power greens bowl... nothing else, a damn bowl of veggies and some chicken.
I literally wasted my entire lunch break waiting for this mediocre food.
I will 100% not be back to this place and I deleted the useless app. I got to take 3 bites on my drive back to work, put my food in the fridge and clocked back in.

i was in line waiting for 10-15 minutes as i get skipped and the line moves i get sent to the back of the line ? not sure the reasoning when i got in line like everyone else but everyone else’s orders was took?

Employees have a really bad attitude. The manager is worse. When I spoke to the manager about an issue she gave me less of a portion. Not recommended, we wolnt be back here for sure

A 5 minute order turned into nearly a 25 minute wait. Poorly run line, with all mobile orders taking priority over in store customers. I watched them make about 6 mobile orders before mine, that were sent after I had gotten in line. It was strange and a little frustrating. I’ve never had this problem with this location before. I hope management figures out a better system, I know the workers were just doing their jobs.

We came in today, and we ordered 1 plate and 1 bigger plate. As we were waiting in line, I saw a HAIR on the beef and broccoli tray. I told the worker about it and she removed the hair but did not change the entire beef and broccoli tray. Another customer politely asked her to remove that tray and make a new one because it is unsanitary. She removed the tray and asked to make a new one but AMERA (the manager) told her to leave it and she was about to put it back when the worker told her that the entire line knew about it. So instead AMERA told her to just leave it on the side and they never threw the beef and broccoli out. She obviously was going to place it right back after we would leave. Then AMERA messed up our plates and mixed our order and when we tried to tell her about the mistake she gave us attitude and said " yeah I know! I will fix it!" But instead she started putting our entrees into small boxes. Then she asked another coworker to bag it and one of the plates was completely missing 1 entree. At that moment we just decided to leave.
