African American people are obviously not welcome to this establishment. I would never eat here again. I am a special needs assistant teacher and the school gave out coupons for a pick 2 option for free. The school often gives these coupons out right before the holidays to help the teachers. I called before arriving to make sure they were allowed of course to get there and it be a whole issue of the coupon code not working to them being possibly fake. What really threw me off was they didn't ask at the time of purchase but waited for me to sit do and enjoy my meal to ask out of curiosity. Not only was it demeaning because I was there to get free food but it was also embarrassing. I hope that we learn that the things we doand say effect a lot of people not just ourselves. 🙏🏽😞

Yesterday, as we often do, we ordered two Cinnamon Crunch Bagels in the drive thru. Something obviously changed, as what used to be delicious, was now disgusting. I researched this issue on the internet & found many others complaint about the change in the taste of various Panera Bagels. Unbelievable how Panera Management can change what used to be a superior product into garbage.

If there was less than a zero, I would have added it for a review the service was extremely horrible and people over there are not respectful. Utensils were so filthy, one even had a piece of cheddar broccoli soup on it.I had to ask for disposable to even use any. They got all my order wrong, and when the food finally came out it was cold and it was not busy at all three families max. The manager named Deshawn is extremely disrespectful, i asked for my order to be right he answered with disrespect and attitude “this is my store” for us only wanting what we paid for.i just wanted a good experience and time with my family for breakfast they truly ruined my day. Im usually not the type to be a inconvenience but i was truly taken aback and the manger or worker or whatever he is should not be working in customer service if he does not know how to treat anyone right. Im extremely disappointed and i definitely will not be coming back and i hope they do better.

Really disappointing. Went here around 30 minutes before they closed and it really showed that they put zero effort into our food— especially for the price. Don’t get me wrong, Panera definitely has their good days but man this made me sad. Grilled cheese was burnt with the bread completely uneven, my chicken sandwich was thrown together with zero effort- missing 2 ingredients, and the mac and cheese along with the soup was just plain cold. Please do better, Panera🙏

Bought salad with extras. Really small portion. I buy this salad with this extras all the time in different Panera bread restaurants all the time but in this one I was disappointed. Looks like it was the last ingredients in this store otherwise I don't understand why they don't add food.. I'm afraid to imagine what the salad looks like without all these additions. It would probably be half a plate of salad.

Wonderful evening at Panera! Wasn't crowded, we were able to have a conversation and hear each other talk with low music playing in the background. Athara (I hope I am spelling it correctly) provided amazing service. She was friendly, helped us with our order, and assisted us with cleaning up. I ordered the cheesesteak sandwich, creamy tomato soup, apple, and blueberry lavender lemonade. Everything was delicious and brought out quickly. The entire dining experience was enjoyable.

It never fails, but santee location ALWAYS forgets part of our drive thru order. We have had to make multiple trips back to the restaurant. I always feel bad taking our time to check the bag before leaving because they take forever to get it out and the line is backed up. Happened again tonight, and this will be the last time we go there.

This is the first time I’ve ever had food from Pantera. I’m visiting from out of country. We had the food delivered. I have to say that I was totally disappointed in the meal I received. The French onion soup was supposed to have cheese & croutons, but it was just onion broth. My cranberry walnut chicken salad sandwich looked like it was thrown together by someone who hated their job. It was a scoop of the salad put onto the bread and not even spread. It looks like the forgot to add the lettuce and it was just thrown all around the outside of the sandwich then wrapped up. If I had done in and gotten this meal, I’d have sent it back, and trust me, I’m not that fussy of a person. I rarely complain about my meal.

I’m not sure what is going on or if I got them on a bad night but it took over 25 minutes to pick up my online drive thru order. The app said it was ready yet I pulled up and it wasnt. They had to verify my order and last name over 3x. I got two meals, nothing more than usual. It was really disappointing and ruined the expectation that an online order would be accurate and more efficient.
