The yogurt was amazing. Topping are great as well. Did not like that they ask for a tip. I mean the people working there did nothing. Just sat behind the counter and rang us out. One was even on his phone. And when I paid it asked for a tip. You have got to be kidding me.

$9.15 for that?! Eye'yi'yi, I think I've just had my LAST frozen yogurt! I could have bought two half gallon containers of real ice cream for that price! A total rip off in my opinion.

Love the flavor choices and how clean it is. Finally somewhere that makes you use gloves touching everything! The guy working upfront was so nice and patient with the kiddos.

I called this place 20 mins before they closed and told them I am on my way and also asked if they have a certain flavor. They lady checked and confirmed they have it available today and that they’ll see me soon. I get there 7 mins before they close and the lady tells me we already closed the machines. I told her that she confirmed she would see me and she said there’s nothing she could do. I went out my way to call and confirm my arrival and they let me down. Very poor customer service.

My friend and I came today at 9:30pm on 9/17/24 and when we walked in literally every single topping was wrapped up and put away. When we looked around the worker just watched and stared while continuing to pack up everything else and we just decided to leave. I’ve never had this happen before so I’m really disappointed and even more disappointed the young woman didn’t seem to care at all. I get wanting to close early but I work in the service industry too and this just is lazy. Probably won’t be coming back again

The fam and I tried this place for the first time and we really enjoyed the whole experience. The toppings bar is very well stocked with tons of options. Cashier was very pleasant and nice. Really good customer service. Will be coming back

Damn good, got the self serve frozen yogurt and it hit the spot. Will be going back to try everything else because golly they got a lot of options!
