Exellent food. Pho is the best I have eaten in San Diego.. Place is aways packed for dine in or take out. The have my special Pho that is Oxtail Pho , not found in many Pho restaurants.

Well it’s was my first time eating here, the food was great pho delicious, but the service was horrible young girl with no food service, what so ever , didn’t bother asking if we want something else to drink just water , the one that she brought earlier, never again ask if we need anything else or how the food nothing just the bill when we have just starting eating like really , and what piss me off the most, when I left she said goodnight kids , first of all I’m not a kid, I could be your mother. Cause she didn’t not tell nobody else kid, so that rude and very disrespectful and yes I didn’t leave a big tip cause horrible service, you get great tip if u know how to do your job right , you check and ask is there anything else or something u knowledge them. People like that. So you need more training.

i placed an order at 6:50 to be picked up between 7:30-7:40 and i got there at about 7:35. i didn’t leave with my food until 8:03 after being told “it’ll just be a little wait” (no actual time estimate). that is quite literally why i placed the order ahead of time! i had planned to do the pickup and then run one more errand, but the store i wanted to go to after closed because my order took so long. regardless if i had chosen for this order to be delivered it still wouldn’t have been ready on time. as i waited and watched, two different Doordashers left to pursue new orders as their orders were taking too long as well. i understand patience is a virtue, but it took an hour and thirteen minutes to execute two regular bowls of rare steak pho. and all of this just for my noodles to be congealed together?

Their food used to be really good but they got bought out and their recipes changed. I only ever order the Vegetarian Fried Rice and it is different everytime. Usually not bad but not good. Not always flavorful. But their tofu is usually always pretty good. The staff kinda just looks lost and tired standing around. One of the guys is usually standing at the counter ringing a bell to his made up song, which is pretty annoying.

Unfortunately, there was miscommunication between staff & I. I believe I ate some form of animal-based product that made me sick later that night. Apart from that, the food was okay. I ordered Tofu Pho with vegetable broth & Crispy Tofu as an appetizer. I wasn't too impressed, but I was hungry. The broth was bland for me. Even tho they were close to their end of the day, the place was clean & customer service was okay. I asked my friend what she thought of her House Special Pho. She said it was okay. I don't recommend this place if you don't eat meat. There are probably better options nearby.

My wife and I stopped in for some lunch. We were seated quickly and drink order was quick. I got the Filet Mignon & Ox Tail pho ($17). It was great and was a good size. My wife got the Big Bone pho $16 (they literally brought out a dinosaur sized bone in a bowl lol) and was quite happy with it. Prices were on pair with any other pho place I've been to.
I would go here again in a heartbeat and I would recommend it to f&f
Wheelchair accessibility: Looked pretty accessible to wheelchair or mobily impaired.
Been a regular here since 2009, prices have gone consoderably up but the food is still great.

This is our go-to Pho place in East County. Delicious, affordable, friendly service. I get the veggie pho and egg rolls. I always order the regular bowl and it is a generous portion, more than enough to fill me up!
