Food is great and we love eating from here but there have been MULTIPLE times when we call ahead for food or order it online and they just forget to make the order creating quite the hassle when getting it. A couple of these times my partner has gone in to get the pre-ordered food and received very rude and slow service when they are the ones to mess up.
Finally right now they just got home from a late shift at work and wanted some Pho. I order it at 8 and the order doesn't get finished until 9:16PM AFTER they close and AFTER i complain to Postmates that the food is too late and they have waved off 3 drivers.
The fact this keeps happening is very disheartening and I don't know if I want to keep giving them my business.

Foods good. It'll get pretty busy around dinner time, so plan accordingly. If you order for pickup, double check it because its usually wrong.

This used to be my favorite pho spot, however, there seems to be a change in management and they have a completely new crew of servers and front desk workers that do not offer great service like they used to. We used to be able to make orders through the phone and now the calls seem to be ignored as no one answers. We decided to dine in and I used to be immediately greeted by the workers. This time the new front desk worker made eye contact and walked away before walking back to ask if we wanted to order to go or dine in. Decided to let it go and she told us to sit at a table. The floor at that table was trashed with food leftovers that no one bothered to sweep up and our shoes were getting food on them which just felt unhygienic. We waited about 10-15 minutes and the same front worker made eye contact with me several times and didn’t even offer us a menu and no one attended to us. We decided to leave as we were hungry and preferred quicker service and the front desk lady said bye which was the icing on the cake after being ignored the whole time. I will no longer recommend this place or be stopping by.

Honestly this is my favorite pho restaurant. I am giving it a one star not because of the food, but because of the front desk service. The phone line is frequently unavailable. I had to order through door dash pickup to even place an order. Which quoted me 15 minute wait time. It is now an hour later and still have not received an update. People have come to the restaurant, ordered to go and been able to receive their items before me. I am having a hard time even confirming the restaurant has my order. Frustrating to say the least. Total wait time for a pick was an hour and a half before the guy at the front desk finally confirmed they never got the order. I had to call DoorDash for a refund from the restaurant and cancelled my order. Waste of my time.
Definitely try the new macaroon ice cream sandwiches. The coffee was excellent. My daughter got the vanilla and it was good too, but she said she liked the coffee better also. The food was great and the staff was friendly. There’s a young man that works in there that is so proper. It’s sweet. The ambience was nice and the owner made sure we were taken care of.
