I just took a chance through GrubHub and ordered from this restaurant and oh my goodness it was so delicious. The fillet and rice is to die for. I had enough to take to work for lunch tomorrow so if you get a chance you must try.!!!!

The employees are the most horrible I have ever seen in a restaurant. My wife and I arrived to get takeout and the employees were walking around everywhere and not serving us. My wife took a menu to order and the employee in front of us didn't say anything. My wife told her that she wanted to order takeout and she told her that the person next to her would take it. By the way, she kept looking around. The phone rang 7 times and we saw how an employee answered all 7 times and how she hung up the calls.

This is my favorite restaurant ever, I have been going here since probably 2018, and have never been disappointed. Food is incredible and always fresh. Service is almost perfect, with polite waiters/waitresses, and the prices are fair. I have always loved going here and go at least 2 times a month. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who loves to eat.

I had waited over 45 minutes and nobody served food. Also no apologies… horrible customer service. However, I found better service and tasty pho other restaurant.

Exellent food. Pho is the best I have eaten in San Diego.. Place is aways packed for dine in or take out. The have my special Pho that is Oxtail Pho , not found in many Pho restaurants.

Well it’s was my first time eating here, the food was great pho delicious, but the service was horrible young girl with no food service, what so ever , didn’t bother asking if we want something else to drink just water , the one that she brought earlier, never again ask if we need anything else or how the food nothing just the bill when we have just starting eating like really , and what piss me off the most, when I left she said goodnight kids , first of all I’m not a kid, I could be your mother. Cause she didn’t not tell nobody else kid, so that rude and very disrespectful and yes I didn’t leave a big tip cause horrible service, you get great tip if u know how to do your job right , you check and ask is there anything else or something u knowledge them. People like that. So you need more training.

i placed an order at 6:50 to be picked up between 7:30-7:40 and i got there at about 7:35. i didn’t leave with my food until 8:03 after being told “it’ll just be a little wait” (no actual time estimate). that is quite literally why i placed the order ahead of time! i had planned to do the pickup and then run one more errand, but the store i wanted to go to after closed because my order took so long. regardless if i had chosen for this order to be delivered it still wouldn’t have been ready on time. as i waited and watched, two different Doordashers left to pursue new orders as their orders were taking too long as well. i understand patience is a virtue, but it took an hour and thirteen minutes to execute two regular bowls of rare steak pho. and all of this just for my noodles to be congealed together?

Their food used to be really good but they got bought out and their recipes changed. I only ever order the Vegetarian Fried Rice and it is different everytime. Usually not bad but not good. Not always flavorful. But their tofu is usually always pretty good. The staff kinda just looks lost and tired standing around. One of the guys is usually standing at the counter ringing a bell to his made up song, which is pretty annoying.
