We came here for an early lunch, had the restaurant to ourselves, service was good & friendly. Restaurant is clean with plenty of parking - easy to find! Once we left, the lunch rush started!We had the rice combo plate and the portions were extremely generous! Fresh veggies and lots of meat! Food was filling and we enjoyed our meals. Will definitely come back!

Pretty excited to go hear given the previous reviews. Took my wife here on Friday night around 730. Walked in the the main entrance and saw a few folks waiting and the house looked pretty busy.No one greeted us. There was a tablet to sign in that didn't work - as in it would not turn on. We waited 10+ minute without a single staff member approaching us or asking if they could seat or help us. Plenty of staff running around the floor, one on a break on their phone. Several walked past us without interacting. Ended up leaving at that point and won't be back. I'm usually pretty relaxed and tolerant but the lack of any formal interaction form anyone on the staff was very disappointing.

Recently, I took my Son to lunch at the Santee location and it was a disaster!!! The service was horrible the food cold and nasty. Part of our order came out and the rest was forgotten or never ordered!!! We didn’t even get our drinks or utensils until we asked for them 3 times. Worst service EVER!!! My son and I asked to speak to the Manager and she refused to even speak to us. I’ll never go back!!I was actually surprised because our service and food had always been good. If it had been busy I would have been totally understanding but it was practically empty.UPDATE:To date I have not been contacted by anyone from the restaurant regarding our disastrous visit. It’s my guess they don’t care ??♀️

This used to be my go to spot for Pho in Santee. Unfortunately, the service is horrible now. The wait was about 30 minutes to get seated in a restaurant with over half the booths empty. The wait staff messed up writing down our orders. We never received refills and then we had to go to the front desk to ask for our check as the staff never came back. We won't be coming back again.

Food is great. I've come here a few times and brought others. No one had any complaints about the food - every dish prepared well. Service has been a hit or a miss. Some have checked after serving food, others ignore until flagged down to ask for check. My water would be empty as well.Parking: Multiple businesses in this area. Sometimes can't park near restaurant.

Their customer service could be better. None of the workers asked if I needed any help when I went to pick up my order. Also, for a six piece egg roll and a brisket pho, they only included this small piece of lime.

Came in tonight with my husband and baby wanting to get a hot bowl of pho and egg rolls only to get the worst experience we’ve had. My husband walked in checked himself in there kiosk only to get skipped twice from other patrons who arrived after us. After my husband expressed his concern with it I could tell the staff didn’t like the comment and we were sat reluctantly. Took them like 8 mins to acknowledge us and ask for our orders as other tables were being sat and waited at the same moment. I tried to change my baby’s diaper and they didn’t have a changing table at their bathroom nor did they have soap or paper towels to dry hands. When we finally got our food we got our food before even getting our drinks. My husband couldn’t even eat his food due to the anxiety he got from the situation and on our egg rolls there was bugs on the lettuce. Needless to say we won’t be back.
