First time here and it was so amazingly delicious! Service was friendly and extremely fast! Clean and homey environment. Everything was so fresh and the portions were fabulous! Price was also reasonable. We ordered the Crispy Chicken Wings (the orange sauce that it came with was so good), House Combo Rice Vermicelli with egg rolls, House Combo with white rice and veggies, and a Taro smoothie with boba. Everything was 5/5. Highly recommended!

Expect amazing hospitality at Pho Mai Cali and a wide range of dishes. And they have a convenient location in Santee also. My friend loved everything we got also. I sadly didn't try Pho and but the mango salad was lovely !! A short video of the experience :

The food is ok very bland, not sure if it's worth the price, veggies and noodles no protein about 20 bucks wish had more flavor would've been more satisfying and not so greasy maybe less oil on that stir fry.

My foodie friend and I trekked out to Pho Mai Cali in November 2023. We heard a bunch of good things about this place and wanted to try it out. We tried a bunch of different things on the menu: - Marble Coffee - - Taro Coffee - - Fried Squid - - Chicken Wings - - Beef Rib Pho - - Dino Bone Pho - - Lobster Pho - My faves? Marble Coffee, Fried Squid, and the Beef Rib Pho. The Dino Bone Pho and Lobster Pho are good too but you need some patience to work with it (which I don't have)!! Bone broth is really delicious. Service is excellent. Definitely worth a trip!! ENJOY!!

First off, this spot was nice; the entrance sign, the furniture, the beautiful painting on the back wall all made the spot chill to be in. The servers were fast and very attentive. And of course the food was bomb! The egg rolls were perfectly crispy, my girls rare steak pho looked amazing and my house special pho tasted bomb! The broth was perfect and not too salty, the meats (steak, chicken, and shrimp) were perfectly tender and the portions were huge so the prices are worth it! Our leftovers were like a whole other bowl of pho the same size that we would get at other spots. Coming back!

JUST WOW!!! I've lived in Santee most of my life and had no idea this restaurant even existed. I am so happy a friend of mine recommended. I walked in and immediately fell in love with the vibe/ambience... and Its impeccably clean. The Walnut Shrimp, best I ever had. The fried rice absolutely on point, delicious! small portions tho. But over all Great experience. will definitely be a regular here. A little over $50 for an appetizer and 2 entrees.
