First time here, corn beef hash breakfast is good. The bacon crumbled at the smallest touch, that was awful. Then my partner got eggs Benedict - as you can see over sauced with the gravy that was unfortunately canned. I think more effort could be made at their food. Bottom line is I’m not sure I would try this place again.

Have been a long time customer. The staff takes care to make our table ready, to provide smiles and great food. Breakfasts are awesome and sandwiches incredible. They also have a large room in the back if you need a place for a party or a meeting g. We book it for card night Christmas and other events for the group. The Staff are family now and so kind ❤️❤️

Nice, old school type diner. Clean, well kept, with traditional type menu. Easy to miss when driving by, but a very pleasant surprise when entering.
One of my most favorite places to eat in lakeside, I love the breakfast selections and portions, the pork chops are my favorite, lunch is decent but I am bot much of a lunch person and dinner is awsome.

First of all, Sara our waitress was/ is the friendliest waitress we've ever had! She made us feel so welcomed, got our orders correct & checked on us occasionally as every waiter/ tress should but doesn't. My boyfriend ordered the corn beef hash with eggs & I got the half order of biscuits with gravy. The biscuits were so warm & soft, I felt like I was eating cake! We will be coming back!

Had breakfast at this restaurant this morning for the first time and I was beyond impressed with Sara, who’s very kind and warm greeting made me feel welcome and her attentive service was simply outstanding.
Plus the atmosphere at this restaurant are very welcoming, kind and comfortable, I wouldn’t hesitate driving from Chula Vista, where I reside, to return to this restaurant.
