Hey people. Rubio’s JUST CUT ALL THE BOWLS SIZES IN ABSOLUTE HALF / but actually raised the price. I think this will make me bail from ever ordering a bowl here again. Today has to order a taco on top of it cause the bowl was literally half of what this usually is. Frankly we should report this to the consumer agencies/
I Will order tacos instead and if I notice they change the protein size on this I’ll never come back again. I used to rest here basically daily. Not anymore. Not cause I’m stingy. But cause of principle. That’s it. Bye bye Rubio’s. Check it out !!! They went from that to this. In one day. Employees told me they were sorry/ that they agreed with me.

I made a mistake in how I asked for my order and ended up ordering burritos with contents that I did not want on the burrito. Daniela helped me get the order correct and fix the mistake I had made myself. Very amazing staff all around as the cooks were also quick and courteous. Thank you so much for such an amazing experience along with the delicious food!

Since all the poor employees wanted to get $20 an hour now the burrito cost her $15 a burrito. This is absolutely ridiculous. I can make it for cheaper fast food turned out to be scum food

My husband and daughter, 1 yr old, enjoyed lunch here. Place was clean. Food smelled great. We had the coastal trio (I highly recommend ?) and Mahi burrito ? ? also Fantastic.

Staff was very friendly and even played a little with our daughter as we cashed out.

Very fresh taste and the price was spot on.

We are so fully and happy. Keep up the great work!

Called in a catering order for a last minute office luncheon & Manager, Jose, was able to accommodate my request within an hour! Food tasted great & was very fresh. This location is always clean & employees are friendly. Really hoping this location stays around for a long time - Highly Recommend!

Last night 04-23-24 at the Santee location, I ordered a side of citrus rice with my tacos for an additional price of $3.79 plus tax, just for the rice. I was extremely surprised to see how small the side of rice was. Look at this photo and you can compare it to their salsa cup next to it. That's ridiculous, and such a rip-off! Shame on you, Rubio's...

Ordered a bean burrito with no cheese at the Santee location, and got the smallest "burrito" I ever had in my whole life. I thought, "What happened to Rubios?" A few days later, I tried the same one in La Mesa just to compare, and received a normal adult sized burrito. Wth Santee?? I should've taken a photo.Edit: Thank you for responding. I did reach out to you. Extra point for that. And a second trip was better than the first. But I am disappointed that the first visit (in a long time) resulted in a very small lunch.2nd Edit: Yeah, I contacted Rubios and explained what happened. I requested to be contacted, and... no one contacted me. So bottom line, I paid for a substandard burrito and Rubios responded, why ... to look good in a Google review? I retracted the extra point for reaching out.

Waited 25 minutes for a online order. Never got the order. Then I was told they called my name and someone got it. Not true my name was never called What makes me mad is that they tried to put it on me instead of owning itI’m done waitress saw me when I arrived and watched me wait for 25 minutes

I love Rubio's, but this one is just okay. I'm going to Costco afterward, so it's convenient.
