I worked nearby and sent a few people to try the Samdwich's. I was embarrassed to find out they were not satisfied, to the point of hazing me about recommending Sandwich bags. They said the bread was from the 99cent store. Then the next time I went in there, The blowhard old guy at the register who thinks he's a comedian, . was so ridiculously rude (when I asked him why it was taking 20 minutes for a sandwich,), that I didn't even bother to respond when I left. I gave it 1 Star solely for the sandwich's sake. the service was ( -5 ) Save your money !!

very disappointed in the owner art . have been going to this place for 8 years , great food , always fresh . have told many friends and family about this place and even got it catered for a couple parties . the last few times I have come in I have noticed that they had put quite a lot less meat on the sandwiches while also raising the price of the sandwhich from 10 to 16$ , I have no issue with that cost because I know the cost of everything has gone up so I understand , but at the same time as a consumer I except the same sandwhich I got before . paying $6 more and getting less doesn't sit well for me so I made a comment to his employees about it , I was trying to say it in a friendly / jokingly way while also telling them straight up how i feel , and as a consumer who has spent thousands of dollars at his place of business , i feel I should have the right to make a suggestion . well I come in later that day to get a sandwhich and the owner art refuses to serve me , I am blown away by how un professional he is , the art I've gotten to know over the years is kind and a good dude but apparently he can't take any criticism. i have zero desire to support this business anymore , I deserve an apology as well . absolutely disgusted by the way he acted . glad I was mature enough to just walk out and not say anything . this place is a rip off !!!!

Check out their daily specials or even create your own special the way you like it.Parking: The location is in a short strip mall with other businesses, but there is parking that turns over quickly.Kid-friendliness: There was a small family inside when I got there & they were all eating peacefully at one of the tables.Wheelchair accessibility: I am not an expert but the location area was labeled as wheelchair accessible.

Best kept secret in SD County. Worth the drive. Rockin' Ronnie was fantastic. Spent a good part of my day here waiting on my truck repair, and the atmosphere is great. Bathrooms clean. Staff is super nice and the owner even nicer. They all seem to love being here making one of the best sandwich I've ever had. Way to go team SB!Kid-friendliness: Has high chairs and plenty of space with clean tile floors

When you see a 4.9 (rating at the time of this review) you wonder: "Is it really a 4.9? Or, do you just have customers who are very generous?"It's really a 4.9. I had the California Ruben and it was one of the best hot sandwiches I've ever had. I can still smell the smokey pork loin in my mustache. The owner is extremely friendly as well. I'll certainly be back.

This was my first time visiting this deli, and I have no regrets! I ordered a #20 and a #15. Both sandwiches were delicious and big enough to save half for later! The man taking the orders (might have been the owner) was patient and helpful as people ahead of me asked for his recommendations. A great experience, and I will be back to try more of the 20+ sandwichs they have to offer. My one recommendation is to order ahead! They are busy and it took about 20 mins to get my food.

I frequent this sandwich shop often since it is close to my work. Get the #8, chicken pesto sandwich with grilled onions on panini bread. The chocolate chip cookies are baked daily, but be careful. Sometimes, they come out overcooked and too crunchy.

Places like this, definitely far and few between the gentleman behind the counter was an older gentleman by the name of Art and the six or seven people in front of me in the line. He was calling each of them by their first name so obviously you have a lot of regulars, which is a great sign, but what also amazed me was the efficiency of the staff. The menu options are pretty much endless with great selection. I got the “Yo Mama” special which is roast beef on a French Roll with lettuce, tomato, mayo and mustard and the bread was toasted perfectly being crispy at the first bite but yet soft and warm in the middle, and the meat was warm the cheese melted, the vegetable cold and crisp.

Absolutely amazing! We got the blueberry Turkey and the Indian summer. Both sandwiches were super delicious! We also got to talk to the owner who is so friendly and clearly very passionate about his shop. So refreshing to see someone that loves what they do and really puts their heart into it. Best sandwich shop in the area hands down!
