First/LAST TIME to Sonic.Drove in placed my order BLT and root beer. Paid with a debit card. Then waited. 20 minutes for a BLT that looked like they scraped the bacon from the bottom of the grease barrel. The root beer was good. The service below par .... even for a fast food place. What happened to the days when a server would come out and take your order. Automated non personal took over. I left there with a bad taste in my mouth. If your looking for flavor, serviceI suggest you go somewhere else.

I'm not one to write reviews but I feel this is needed. Wait time wasn't too bad but when I paid for my food which came out to 10.73 I paid with a 20 & got back 7.50 lol not sure how that adds up but that's what I got. Told the cashier & she fixed her screw up but then I got home & my 1/4lb double cheeseburger was a pulled pork sandwich lol. Make sure to check your food & correct change before driving off

Order food to be delivered to the veterinary hospital that I work at. I ordered tater tots with a side of barbecue sauce and jumbo popcorn chicken also with a side of barbecue sauce. Didn't get any barbecue sauce so now I have to eat my tater tots and popcorn chicken dry. I just wanted good food on my hectic shift and now I have to manage down dry tator tots and popcorn chicken.

Looking for a late night snack or drink, or just a place to get a good burger and fries. This place has everything... Tater tots, jalapeno bites, hot dogs, corn dogs, burgers, and more. That's good and all but the real star of the show is their drink menu. Lots of slushie options with added flavors and candy bits, as well as milkshakes that are to die for. Sonic is a classic...Sometimes they take a long time getting your food, but it's worth the wait.Parking: This is a drive up and order, fast food experience. The parking lot is where you order your food.Wheelchair accessibility: They have a dining area that's accessible from the parking lot. As well as the option to order and eat in your vehicle

First off, the line in the drive through wasn't even moving for 10 mins. Plus, the worst part was that it was at 9:15 pm at night. It was completely empty. So we ended up doing the parking drive thru. It took them so long to respond to me when I was the only one there I clicked the button 3 times because the light kept going off. The 3rd time the lady answered and was super rude and I felt rushed she was like "is that it"?My chili fries were not even full and the two shakes I ordered ended up being wrong. She literally cut me off on the last thing I said and I couldn't even tell what I wanted. I ended up trying to call them when I got home and they just kept hanging up on me. What the heck is wrong with this place ?

I was worried that something happened to them - I pulled up to the drive thru and no one was coming on the radio I kept saying hello and people started lining up behind me. Then I pulled around to the front to see if they needed assistance, apparently the radio was out and not plugged in. Not sure if it being a Sunday they just had an oops. Anyways this Sonic has the capability of being one of the best but somehow every time I go there’s always an issue. I think the owner should figure out an incentive for its employees to make them want to work bring some joy back!
