DRIVE THRU ONLY — outdoor seating area, but 100 degrees! Starbucks, if you’re going to be scared of customers inside of your stores, at least change the name so that people can differentiate and don’t waste their time going so we can find a real coffee shop with indoor seating instead.

Made drinks crappie asked to remake it and they gave it back without any expresso, around 4:15 Sunday May 25th, they will steal from you. Steal your money and not give you what you asked for.

This morning, I ordered my drink as well as a Venti ice water. When I got to the window they did not give me my water and when I reminded them they gave me a tall water I don’t understand the level of stingy they could’ve given me the option of paying for it if that was the case and instead of just denying me what I asked for it’s not like Starbucks is struggling.

I go usually every day and never have had an issue. Everyone is always cool. Just doesn’t make sense to me that the price of my drink and food went up 5 dollars in one day. I usually pay $12.90 for an impossible sandwich and a grande caramel macchiato. Which is already super expensive as it is. But now it’s $17.90 together. I’m 100% your employee pressed a five dollar tip on the card scanner because it gave me no option to tip. I have no proof and would feel bad if I’m assuming wrong. Just doesn’t make sense that my breakfast is $5 more expensive in one day. I want to speak to the highest manager that works at this establishment.

Makes you drink exactly as you ordered it and asked for it including putting in a larger cup when asked. I live just around the corner from the one by Smart & Final but I don't go to that one anymore choosing to go a bit farther for my Starbucks fix because they won't make my drink and serve it the way I, THE CUSTOMER, ask for it!!!
