Makes you drink exactly as you ordered it and asked for it including putting in a larger cup when asked. I live just around the corner from the one by Smart & Final but I don't go to that one anymore choosing to go a bit farther for my Starbucks fix because they won't make my drink and serve it the way I, THE CUSTOMER, ask for it!!!

i always go to this starbucks at night and i adore the night crew. they always chat with me and even when my drink wasn’t made right one time they fixed it immediately and were apologetic. love love the baristas, especially cassandra, sydney, izzy and kylie. they are so sweet and funny i always look forward to coming

I recently visited the drive-through Starbucks and had a frustrating experience. I had to repeat my order twice and still ended up with the wrong items. Despite my specific requests, both drinks were incorrect, and it felt like I paid for empty cups. Disappointed with the service and accuracy of my order.

this place is so bad i asked for no Ice and they filled my drink half way it cost so much the place was kind of nasty and the barista was giving nasty looks

Casandra at this location is AMAZING! She memorized my order and is always so kind and provides quick and efficient service! She is the reason I continue to come to this location! Even if I move I’m coming to Casandra for consistent perfect customer service. Thank you again!

I don't need to be schooled or have your eyes rolled at me or be spoken to in a condescending way when I want to double check that my $8 coffee is actually what I ordered. I've never been to this drive-thru nor would I ever come back.... the worst attitude I have ever ever experienced no wonder this Starbucks only has two and a half stars....

I would not recommend this Starbucks, the reason being, that all 3 times that I have patronized this business, they did NOT fill my drink/frappachino to the standard measurement, like other Starbucks do. My frappachino is like almost an inch low from the top! I always order a Frap w/NO WHIP..Each time I've ordered here.. I've thought "where's the rest of it"? I feel like I've paid for something that I didn't get!!! I've been too many Starbucks and this is the only one I know that, I have felt and thought this way with! I will NOT be back! There are plenty other Starbucks in the area that will make you feel like you got what you paid for!!! Don't waste your time going to this one.

I’m not really sure where to start….. I ordered a TR iced coffee, light ice, w/classic syrup and 1/2&1/2, an everything bagel w/cream cheese (not warmed up) and a blueberry muffin (not warmed up.) After tasting my coffee, I had to ask for a side of classic syrup. When I parked in some much needed shade, I grabbed the bagel and cream cheese only to find out that they didn’t include a knife to spread the cream cheese! I moved on to the blueberry muffin and discovered that it had been warmed up, which I can’t stand, (I’m one of those weird people who like my blueberry muffin cold, straight from the freezer if possible! I know, I know, it’s strange.) needless to say, my start of the day wasn’t a pleasant one.

I know big corporations don't care about the people they serve, and it goes to show. This has to be one of the worst locations. Some employees are super nice while others, don't listen to your order so it's never correct, never put your name on walk up orders so you stand there waiting for 30 minutes while they try to figure out what's going on. I liked this spot because it was close, but today sealed the deal. No more. Thanks for the attitude and for not listening to what I ordered. As usual.

The attitude you get here, they don't listen to you when you order and when you ask for the correct order they get upset like your inconveniencing them, it's your job! Do it right or find a new job!!!!
