Giving a four star review because I’ve been coming here for over 7 years and all the girls have always been very sweet and attentive. Unfortunately today Natalie S I believe? She’s definitely new, while she was making my drink I asked for light ice and literally right in front of my eyes put filled it half way with ice and even looked me in my eyes and said she didn’t . Maybe every barista makes their drinks differently, I just know what my drink loos like after all these years when they give me light ice, but my cup is definitely full of ice that I can’t even move my straw. I hate that I only think to write a review when something bad happens because the other girls deserve the five stars.

I was extremely disappointed in my experience with my interaction at Starbucks. I’m a local and always come to this Starbucks but this time, when I went to pay, the cashier seemed very anxious and irritated with me and when I asked to speak with the manager, she said she was the manager and asked me to leave the store. I will not be shopping at Vons anymore due to this interaction between me and the manager. She would not give her name as she was being very rude.

Not your typical Starbucks with high-speed service, but the young lady who works there is extremely nice and provides excellent customer service; I just feel bad for her that she has to work alone, as it can get busy at times! She deserves a raise!

The barista at this location is so amazing. I unfortunately didn’t catch her name. She shared such a positive upbeat attitude with me while I waited for my coffee. She was refreshing. Starbucks is super luck to have her!

I’m am in disbelief with my experience today!!! I came in right not at 9:27am and Alex was the cashier. I asked for a ham egg and cheese croissant she very rudely responded we don’t have that! I didn’t said do you guys have the ham and cheese croissantShe goes no we don’t have no type of croissant sandwiches So I say well I would just take a regular ham n cheese croissant She takes my order as you walk away to look around and when I come back I say I would like a second Croissant she says OK well I would definitely have to charge you again and I look at her and say of course I don’t expect it free and she says oh good! Of course I will not return here again, but still feel someone should know about ALEX
