Were traveling, stoped at this Starbucks to find out it's only open for mobile orders from 6 -9 am on a Saturday morning! In our 70s and do not have a mobile apt.

Wanted to check out a new Starbucks location, this one was empty over the past entire hour and the manager made an issue out of the vague, no longer applicable requirements that the refill policy requires the original beverage to be in a reusable cup — while the manager proceeded to give the refill regardless it felt more like a reprimand so in response, I voiced my opinion that perhaps Starbucks should be a little more focused on getting and actually retaining customers to come to its stores instead of policies focused on “saving the environment”, you save the environment by recycling, not by enforcing non-existent policies in an attempt to charge a customer for what they are entitled to receive for free.
It’s worth mentioning the manager while apparently hoping to prove me wrong, checked with her leadership and confirmed I was correct and that policy is no longer Starbucks policy, so maybe let’s know the policies of our organization before denying customers as an excuse to double charge?

Straight to the point: I ordered ahead using the Starbucks app, choosing the drink I always get — it’s saved in my favorites: Pink Drink with light ice, strawberry purée, and extra inclusions. I regularly order the same thing at the store near my work, and it always comes out just right.
This time, I got there about five minutes after ordering — well within the app’s pickup window. The store wasn’t busy, and the baristas were casually chatting. I was told “we’re working on it,” but I saw the ticket being printed only after I arrived. It hadn’t even been noticed until then. I’m not someone who gets upset over timing when a store is busy — the issue here was simply a lack of attention.
The drink was packed with ice (not “light”) and the customizations I paid for were clearly missed. The flavor was weak and not what it should’ve been.
I’m not sure what went wrong today, but it was a really disappointing experience. I think I’ll stick with my regular Starbucks from now on — they consistently get it right. Hopefully this helps the team on shift reflect and improve.

By far the worst Starbucks, including customer service, including atmosphere, including everything top to bottom the worst. Compared to others, I’m in the QSR industry this Starbucks tops them all do not go not worth it. trust me employees atmosphere and everything sucks.

I come in almost everyday. I prefer to get the same beverage, it's just a bottled orange juice. I like to sit down for a little bit prior while I order. I am prior law enforcement, I am currently battling heart failure and have very specific routines. All I want to do is come in, sit down, scroll on my phone and get a drink. I was approached today the moment I came in and sat down (I had the Starbucks app open) and was told I either needed to order or leave. I was shocked and absolutely felt disrespected and treated as a transient. So I went up to the employee with a very respectful demeanor and tried to ask about the situation, from my understanding Starbucks is very supportive of the ADA policies and has always been an advocate of them. But after today I believe I will choose a different establishment to spend my money at.

Best coffee
This location has the same Foods so there is no real knock on the type and flavor of the food however the customer service and as a by-product the atmosphere of this store stinks! They do not have the age-old small business motto of the customer is always right and instead go out of their way to argue with you about what you ordered and how you want it!!! I highly recommend going to any Starbucks besides this one as you will carry much better experience and have that customer is always right treatment.

Very good Starbucks, I’ve been here several times and it’s remained just as good every time. I recommend most the White hot chocolate that they have, very well made and fresh/hot. Always recommend, easy 5 stars for me.
