Me and my family recently went to this location which we always do but today we just grabbed the drinks and left, upon handing out the drinks to each kid, one of my baby’s said he had hurt himself, I was worried since I was the one driving I parked at the sprouts and went back to check on the situation, the mouth piece of the refresher was missing and it had sharp ridges , this explaining the scream from earlier, I’ve worked at many places and the thing here is the fact that when working drive through or even front of the store you look at what you are giving out, the lid was faulty and god forbid the loose piece of plastic gets stuck to my child’s throat all to a team member not looking , it’s not even something that can be overlooked since you must use your eyes and hands to place the lid on the cups ! I’m super disappointed .

Simple order - oatmeal, side of milk and butter. No sugar or raisins - just nuts. Friend ordered egg and bacon sandwich. My order came with no butter or milk and 2 raisins. Friend’s order came with a Gouda egg sandwich. Bit of a hassle to get our orders right. I saw somebody order grilled cheese and then was given the Gouda sandwich that we left at the counter. Next day we tried again. Same oatmeal order. Came with butter and milk so making improvements, but 2 raisin packets and no nuts. Starting to have a bit of a raisin collection going on. I tipped both days - problem is you have to tip before you get services. Quality is good and people are friendly so 3 stars. Double check your order before you leave.

We love coming here for our early morning breakfast before our tournament. We're usually met with a very cheerful and efficient server in the drive thru, but this morning, she seemed preoccupied (and they weren't even busy).

I only gave 2 stars instead of 1 because the person taking my order was nice. After paying almost $7 for a grande sized drink, it could at least be filled up all the way. And to also mention, I always make it a point to never visit this location because of past experiences but I always try to give the benefit of doubt, sad to say once again, I will try to drive to another location.

Nice little Starbucks in Santee. Starbucks has a good quality service. So no matter which one you go to, you always get the same excellent quality. I've noticed all the Starbucks in California so far have been very friendly. The employees have been very nice and enjoyable.

Please stock the veranda blonde whole bean bags. Every-time i come here the app will allow me to order it and then i wait in the drive thru only to find out its not in stock.

Sorry if this sounds a little demanding.its just a constructive criticism. Please, kindly pay attention when making a drink, I didn't put 1 star because I know you probably work hard and study and have a lot on your mind. But, paying +7 dollars for this much ice (+80%) is not something that I want to do after a very long work day. The coffe was gone after 4th sip. I hope you have a nice evening.

All I can say is incompetence! All I want to know is what happed to customer service and common sense. Had to repeat my self 4 times and it’s not a complicated order. They gave me my drink without the topping I ordered and charged me for it. I brought it to the girls attention and she said oh yea I noticed we were out of that topping. Ok so you didn’t tell me that and proceed to charge me for something I did not receive. Honestly it’s just the poor customer service and stupidity I have to deal with as a customer. Won’t be coming back here again!

I don’t know if they changed the flavor of coffee, I got coffee from this location many times they were always taste great, but this time the coffee is too roasted, over burnt bitter taste. I had to go to Vons and get a different one.
