Whoever the two girls that were working today 05NOV23 @ about 12pm, they are completely incompetent please train them. Took them 15 mins to make my wife's gingerbread iced latte, nothing special about it, and when she got it tastes really off, not like any other time she's gotten it. It's actualy pretty bad.

I'm so disappointed in this location. It used to be great. But the last 3 times I've been there have been horrid. Today, it tastes like dirty dishwater and milk. I want my money back. 3 strikes.

I won't use names BUT, this location has a kid that has been there I want to say 2-3 months now, could be longer but not positive. Traditionally, on Sunday's prior to our Target shopping, my wife and I grab a drink, Strawberry Acai Lemonade.This past sunday, we decided to get that same drink but the frozen version. This kid, took our order and said, "you know there's another location here". That should have been our warning as it took him 15 minutes to make our two drinks. He dumped pitcher after pitcher after pitcher as he just couldn't get it right. Two families left while standing in line. There was only one order ahead of us. We were there 34 minutes for him to make a total of 4 drinks.Word of caution, if he is working, you may want to order water only. The worst service and no, this isn't the first time we've had poor service from him but we chalked previous experience to the learning curve. It was frustrating watching him just dump inventory down the drain ... Since no one else was working, management, I hope you're aware.

What I like about Starbucks the best is the consistancy of their products across all locations. What I can't stand is their constant push To go online to purchase their products in advance.
