The brunette with the bangs and the piercings, does not want to be there lol. She was so rude without even being provoked. She was just slapping things on the sandwich as if there was a line out the door *I was the only customer at the time*, and she just kept giving me the rudest tone, cutting me off and giving me looks like she was so annoyed by me. I tried to be sweet and maybe give her time to turn it around, but she wasn’t interested. Everyone else was fine. There was even another worker that looked over at us kind of surprised by the interaction. That girl with the bangs(they didn’t have name tags) was cleaning tables when I walked in and I didn’t catch her washing her hands before putting on her gloves. I will happily be going a couple miles down the road to subway instead

Absolutely horrible place the owner Rita sucks and is rude , they can never get online orders right and then they turn around and blame you , I had placed an order online and on my end all the orders were correct but somehow they were misprinted on their end and when I had called and even offered to come in so they can remake them correctly the owner just went ahead and remade them again messed up instead of waiting for me to bring in the sandwich and show her and to show her the receipt on my end from the online order and then when I had said these are still not correct and why couldn’t you have waited for me to show you proof of the order she just said well I already remade them and I can’t again so you are just going to have to take it up with the online service and this issues happens a lot with I don’t know why , I don’t know if maybe it’s a racial issue or something because she also mentioned well did you type it out right or speak it right over the phone. So just save your money and don’t come here and also the bread and the other ingredients that she’s claiming she can’t use to make my order correctly like it’s should’ve been in the first time bc she can’t lose more inventory when all she could’ve done is waiting like she said she would over the phone is always stale and old.

Not too many submarinas around my neighborhood. I love to cat a sub. Us sprouts with the california themes. It's quite small, but really good, and they were very fast and speedy. Great service.

I have been coming to this deli for over 15 years. Things have changed for the worst. Today came in to order 3 identical sandwiches, with the identical toppings. The young man acknowledge me with our order and the heavy set lady with glasses and pig tails also acknowledged my order. Take in mind there was no one in the restaurant just us, so we waited and waited for our sandwiches to be done. The lady asked me again for the 3rd time what we wanted for our sandwiches and my son and I were disbelief why is she asking this. I just told her to think hard and figure it out. I don’t think she is all there…..after my comment to that she came violently vocally abusive to me. She has absolutely no customer service skills, she didn’t look coherent, and she does not deserve to work there. This is not how people should be treated and I don’t think she takes her job serious. Very disappointing and ashamed of what I heard from her mouth.Customer does not this abuse from this person.

Arrived at 7:30PM for a quick sandwich and employees had already closed the door and looked as if were cleaning up behind counter. Unfortunate! Hopefully the owner knows this is happening! Ended up going to subway!!

I love Submarina, probably my favorite fast food sandwich chain! Between the excellent bread the alfalfa sprouts they're top notch in my book!

My husband has eaten at this location a few times. He says the staff is friendly & fast. Unfortunately, both times he has been ill afterwards. He knows it was from the sandwich. Maybe the temperature on the deli meat refrigerator is not accurate? Maybe the meats are sitting out too long when being cut? Maybe because so many hands touch the meat, the bacteria thrive? Not sure - but even though the shop is friendly, he's apprehensive to go there again.

Great sandwich, very nice staff, exceptionally clean store. The only bummer was the idiot that parked so close I had to wait for them to get their sandwich made and leave before I could get out of my truck. Thankfully, the workers at this location are so fast. It wasn't a long wait.

I have kidney issues was a paying cutomer and needed to use the bathroom the person told me to walk to Petco. How does a food place not have a bathroom especially for people with disabilities?!?!

Used to be a regular there. They knew my order. Good people, chill environment, not sure what else you could expect from a sandwich shop. I always tip well.

I absolutely LOVE coming to this place for my sandwiches. Nobel makes it an absolute pleasure to come here. He has excellent customer service skills. THANK YOU NOBEL FOR BEING SUCH A GREAT GUY!!!

I Have not eaten submarina in 10 years or so and I ate here the other day to be very unimpressed... it tasted bland tbh, I'll stick to the other sandwich shop.... initials are J.M and always full of flavor.
