I haven't ordered subway in years. Decided to give it another shot just to be let down again with cold food. Hard stale bread. And meat that has a weird scent to it. Highly disappointed.

I have had better sandwiches from rest stop Subway locations. The bacon wasn’t even cooked and the bread was stale. We didn’t even finish our sandwiches.

Make sure you call before you go and see if the items you are wanting to order are even available. This is also not somewhere to go for a quick lunchbreak. Have had better luck ordering on the app,but have received a call from there after placing an order,and paying for it, telling me some of items were not available. Bummed because I love Subway:(

The app sent my order to a different pickup restaurant location.
Once the error was discovered, it was too late to reach that restaurant before closing. I tried calling the restaurant directly, no answer (they were still open at that time).
Emailed customer care to report my issue/complaint and requested refund.
So far no one has responded and I'm out $31 and change and never got my order, no follow up.

PSA - Make absolutely certain that the correct location is highlighted with the media button before proceeding with your online order.
I double checked mine but it still switched the tests pickup location but did not warn me of the change before transmitting the online order.

I ordered through the Subway App to get 20% off. I ordered 2 foot longs. When I got to the store I saw buy 2 footlongs and get 1 free. I was very disappointed that the App didn’t offer me that deal. Tubi was the person working there. She was really busy but took the time to help me out. She allowed me to cancel the order in the App and Resubmit it in store so I could get the free Foot Long! I cannot thank her enough for doing this. I am moving and have no food. I need all the deals I can get! She was super friendly and made all 3 sandwiches just how I like them. I will come back here for the excellent customer service. Thank you Tubi and you really helped me out.

The dude who works there most of the time sucks. He acts dumbfounded when you ask him for anything, I ordered a toasted footlong and he didn’t toast it OR CUT IT. The thing was wrapped so badly and the sauce was leaking out of both wrappers. I was so hungry I felt nauseous but this crap made me genuinely lose my appetite.

Good evening my fellow ladies and genitalwomen (I'm a feminist, watch out! ?) My subway experience was indeed a good one. As we all know, there's nothing I love more than shoving a footlong down the gullet. The customer service was laudable and the scrumptious meatery they piled on my sammy made my mouth water. The moment I shoved that squishy foot-long into my mouth, I knew I would be giving this place a million dollar review! By the end of my meal, I was feeling plump and mildly satiated. I knew the employees had accomplished a job well done. I am a very juicy boy now.

Tuba was incredibly helpful and kind! She went above and beyond for the customer and made sure to accommodate in every way she could possibly help! She's very lovely and I think that you as a company should be very proud to have her as an employee. And I hope that you give her some recognition for being so kind and so generous and helpful. She's great!

First time I have been to a Subway, and they were out of several veggies and condiments. We arrived on a Thursday and ordered an Italian hotshot foot long. As it was assembled, I noticed the lettuce was brown, out of olives, pickles, yellow pepper rings, and Jalapeno's. In addition, they had no Italian Parm Vinaigrette. Tried to contact Subway Corp, it was a complete was of time. The customer satisfaction survey is gone. Trying to contact them was a complete waste of time. We are done with this site and maybe more if they don't clean up their act.
