Very bad service worst place ever rude employee ordered online food wasn't done when got there out of alot of stuff asked for foot long cookie didn't have it so then asked for a pretzel she said let me go check stomped away and came back didn't tell me if she had a pretzel so I asked she didn't even ask if I wanted one then she continued to make our food and made them all wrong breads mixed up and too top it off she didn't even cut our sandwiches then she gave us our cups for soda also out of alot of drinks so we asked for a lid to one of our sodas they didn't have any my husband asked her for lid she's yelling saying do you not see my hands theres no lids very rude I don't see how she is still working there this isn't 1st time I've had bad experience then some boy shows up and she caters to him this second time I've seen this I will not be going back to this location

Years ago my Son got very sick over a sandwich from Subway we promised never again.Last night I stopped by for a couple of churros since Costco doesn't have them anymore.I got sick over the churros, it's my fault, I'm an idiot, what was I doing buying food at subway again?Never Ever again, I don't recommend this place at all.

We did go in an hr before closing but!!!!!!!! They literally had no ingredients and everything looked a week old ...I love subway but this location is not it.

The city needs to close this place. Hands down the worst subway every. Terrible customer service, they never have the ingredients you want to make a sandwich correctly, the food is still cold coming out of the toaster, they rarely cut the sandwich in half, you get an option of 2 chips, old hard cookies from last week and their drink machine is always broken. If I could leave negative stars I would.

Worst subway ever had seen,I went there multiple times and each time worst more than other, the store has no bread, no ingredients Otherwise you have to wait over 35 minutes to get like empty sandwich.I don't know how the owner leaves their business like

I asked for tomoto, they said sorry we are out, I asked for onions, they are out, asked for olives, pickles , they said they also out of it, a big joke they also out of mayo , salt and pepper as well ?, but they charged for the full foot long . Better check first when you go back in this store.

I don't ever leave reviews but I literally just walked inside and the lady working is sitting down at a table and says excuse me on I'm break. I just walked out. I use to work at a yogurt shop and plenty times by myself. It's called multi tasking. Taking a break in between helping customers. Not that hard.

Bad customer service! I had to repeat myself multiple times that I was using a mobile coupon but they didn’t listen and then told me at the register they don’t support that one after I told them that’s the one I was hoping to use.As people were coming in behind my kids as and I (while we were still ordering our food) she would stop and help them before us.I got 4 sandwiches for my 3 kids and I and the employee didn’t even cut the foot-longs. I had to also ask her to bag them up! To top it off the milk we got for my kids mill was expired. I will never return to this location again.Kid-friendliness: They had no kid drinks other than expired milk.

Walked in with a coupon big numbers say 2 footlongs for $12.99 and the small lettering at the bottom you can't even read. So I order the beast and a cold cut combo,first thing I noticed she has no hair net the store is empty and she hardly speaks English I also noticed that the display on the glass was mostly empty with three hours left of closing time? She already had most of the proteins put away.,the lettuce was days old almost brown ? I noticed the rack was full of bread and she said we only have white and wheat. It got worse it was almost like she was making the sandwiches herself without even asking what I wanted.She was also lazy enough to say what number subway is that? Like just turn around and look!!!.Poor training for her. I paid with coupon and cash she said that one of the subs wont be covered with coupon so I paid full retail and left. Once I got home both sandwiches were very stale I mean like a brick wall stale!!!!.and the sauces like chipotle and siracha were watered down like no joke the put water to make more out of it! I haven't gone to subway in almost three years and it looks like I won't be going back ever again. On a scale 1-10 Subway gets a ZERO!!! Disgusting

This store has been a poor experience every time I've been in it. This time they were out of provolone, and bags to hold to go orders. The soda machine was broken. There were cleaning products by the napkins and dirt particals next to cleaning wipes. Gross. That is a reflection of the management.

Literally one of the worst subways I've ever been to in my life! The portions are minuscule and nothing compared to other subways! I'm calling the corporate office to complain about the location as someone needs to come in and whip this location into shape! Abysmal quality of sandwich making and service! Do not go here if you want good service and good portions!

I can't give zero stars.I wanted a BLT. Went to the Santee store to get a sandwich. Subway has always been consistent. When I went to place the order for my BLT, the girl behind the counter said they don't offer that anymore because "it's not in the system". I'm sorry, but the BLT is listed in Subway's website as a classic menu option. Either the local franchise owner doesn't want to adhere to the Subway menu or the girl working didn't want to. Either way, I won't be going back to this location, I've also had issues in the past with a lack of availability at this store.
