Zahra is always extremely friendly and remembers our order, despite our infrequent visits. Zahra is the reason my girlfriend and I always drive the extra distance to go to this specific subway. Keep up the amazing service!!

Absolutely terrible experience. You can just feel the sadness while you’re in the store, wouldn’t recommend.

I have to agree with the previous negative comments.

I am not someone who usually complains. I usually order food just as it is in the description of the menu.

I have had several bad experiences at this particular subway.

I will not go back again.

They are always out of some ingredient that is key to that particular item. The bread is never fresh. The ingredients do not get replaced all day. It's the same prepared food they had before they opened in the morning.

Online ordering isn't convenient. It's not prepared ahead of time and you still have to wait when you are there for pickup. Or the opposite situation happens when they are making large online orders first and a long line is forming inside.

Understaffed with 1 employee total. The female manager walked away during the making of my sandwich as soon as an employee clocked in. She said "You do this". I seen her proceed to sit down and take her cellphone out. I've witnessed her sitting in front of the store in her car for long periods of time.

I was a frequent customer but I will make my own sandwiches now.

Thank you.

Unfortunately we were disappointed during our recent visit. This location was our favorite, but I believe the new minimum wage laws have negatively affected this shop. The shop was busy with only one person working. She was fulfilling online orders and trying to tend to the walk-in customers. She was very very busy. The bread was a bit on the stale side, the sandwiches were minimally filled, and the soda machine was out of many options. The price of one footlong, one six inch, three cookies and two drinks was $32.Subway used to be a favorite, but it is no longer an affordable option for the quantity/quality of the sandwiches being served.

The woman that prepared our sandwiches was very nice. I was happy that they had a note that you can “Order by Number and will do the rest“However, I had to still answer a bunch of questions. Oh well, no big deal. When we went to pour our drinks the fancy soda machine was almost out of everything and they don’t have Ice Tea sad face. Our sandwiches were delicious and the pretzel was not so good.

If you want a horrible experience go to the subway they didn't have stickers to secure the sandwich wrappers no bags no napkins available no soda and soda machines took 40 minutes to make three sandwiches would not honor any coupons no way to contact the manager either all the response of the employees now is not my problem I can do.

My girlfriend orders us lunch. When the order was received and opened, I was appalled at what they looked like. No only did they look disgusting, not appetizing they did not make they as to what the order dictated. I will never understand why they open the bread like a boat. All the ingredients continue to fall out and to top it off the last thing they add are the dressings....mayo / mustard. I first called and like a previous review no one answered....just said the box is full. So I returned to the location and opened the sandwiches in front of him. I explained the situation and he said that's how they trained me. Not his fault....just following guidelines. This location should be ashamed of the lack of quality they produce. Sometime less is more and taking an extra minute to make the sandwich would provide a enjoyable, eat able meal. SUBWAY, CHANGE THE PROCESS....MAYO, MUSTARD......ONE CONDIMENT ON EACH SIDE OF THE BREAD.....JUST LIKE MOMS ACROSS AMERICA SHOULD US AS KIDS....ALSO CUT THE BREAD IN HALF.... SUBWAY YOU ARE BETTER THAN THIS. WILL NOT RETURN TO THIS LOCATION.

Phone is off the hook or is wrong. I placed my order to this location by accident and I wanted to let them know to store the sandwiches in the refrigerator so I can pick up later, but they don’t

I did an online order for about 4 sandwiches, waited 20 minutes to go pick them up until it said it was ready. I go to the restaurant and NONE of them were made. They started making them after I asked about it. Last time I was here I had a similar experience, except nobody was in line, but they took forever because they were too busy taking smoking breaks in the back room. This is probably the worse subway location I’ve ever been to. Not only are the workers bad, but the food sucks as well. Workers won’t even add your additional cost items to your sandwich unless you put them on the spot to do so. You can’t ask to speak to their manager because their manager is just as bad as the teenagers that work there.

I have visited this Subway twice. Both times, I came during business hours only to find the door locked. Today, Sunday, I visited the store at 11:30am. The hours on the sign and website say they're open 9am to 8pm. The doors were locked with an employee inside. This location has officially lost my business.
