Best fried chicken in East County, and the only place that I know of in the area that serves fried giblets. Also, if you miss the old Long John Silvers that we used to have, you can get that same meal here. Only thing is, the fish is of a higher quality filet :)

Just wanted to give 5 stars! We come here often for take out and it is always good. Haven't really ventured outside of their fried chicken and sides offerings but I bet you cant go wrong.

Bar for a breath of fresh air when it comes to fried food with so many delicious options to choose from! I must have sampled a little bit of everything and all of it was cooked to perfection and delicious down to the amazing cocktail sauce and tartar sauce, the fried oysters, the chicken tenders The deep, fry, chicken liver, and even the corn on the cob made me happier than a kid in a candy shop!

Ordered catfish, cod, giblets, fries, ocra, and Vietnamese coffee. Everything was 12/10, would recommend. The fish melts in your mouth when you eat it. I will come back. Sorry, I would have taken pictures of the food but once I started I couldn't stop.

Amazing food!!! The chicken is perfectly cooked and the flavors of everything are just awesome. Make time to sit down and eat too.. there's a beautiful aquarium there full of life to get lost in while eating. The person at the counter was super nice too!

Santee is BLESSED to have their one and only location. I have been eating from here since the 6th grade, and the quality and consistency has been the same every time, which is awesome. Easily, some of the best fried chicken I have ever had. The BEST fried chicken in Santee. This is a family owned business, you can literally taste the love in their food. The menu has so many options, without it being too overbearing. The fried chicken always comes out hot and fresh. They offer you this bomb ass hot sauce, which goes amazing with their chicken. The chicken is juicy, crispy, and FLAVORFUL. Literally checking every single box. Portions are amazing, especially for the price. Mind you, the photo of my popcorn chicken is a small. Additionally, the prices here are quite good considering it is family owned, in San Diego, and the quality is out of this world. Their sides are all good, there isn't a single bad side. Ordered some food from here and had someone pick it up for me when I had covid, and I am so deadass it healed me. Talk about comfort food. If you are in Santee, and you want some good ass fried chicken, give this place a try.
