Doordashers beware: I went to pick up an order today it was very backed up. I walk in the manager is already yelling at another Dasher.... I tell her who I'm picking up for...... Then wait..... I'm leaning on the counter waiting she asked me not to lean on the counter with an attitude.....Then asks to see my order 3 separate times.... I'm like I showed u it 3 times she replies you don't have to get an attitude?? Like what you've been yelling at other doordashers, snapping at me but I'm the one with the attitude.... I take the order and drive off and she unassigned me from the order.... This woman is so bent on trying to mess up my money that she doesn't realize I still get paid if you cancel the order and now you have to remake the food that you just gave me which cost your store money.... But she only cares about getting back at somebody who she thinks got an attitude with her...... My whole thing is would you want someone so spiteful serving your food??? I appreciate the person who witnessed this and posted a review, I appreciate you.. I decided to post one as well. For a place to have so many good reviews I dont see how, with the scan less way I was treated and I hope more people who witnessed this event post more reviews.... I do not work for this coffee shop and I understand people get stressed but don't take your frustration out on us we deal with enough.

It really is in the corner of the lot! Kinda hard to find. But it was okay. I feel like coffee could've been stronger. But okay, for a new little Cafe to try new coffees. The inside was cute, it had a little section you can sit in to do work.

If you’re looking for coffee that is worth driving 355 miles for, then here it is! I live in Phoenix, AZ and will find any excuse to get this coffee (even begging friends and family to pick it up for me, while on vacation). In all seriousness, I love the unique and robust flavors from their Corner Grogg beans. I love coffee and pride myself on only trying local spots when traveling, this is by far, my favorite coffee!

I love this place! Great coffee! Great atmosphere! Great staff! They are always willing to go the extra mile to meet your needs. Their Acai Bowls are the best! Every time I go, I see friendly faces and happy customers. I have been coming here for years and have personally seen the owner roasting the beans used for the coffee. I have also bought the beans for myself, co-workers and friends. They all love it! (The Corner Grogg is a favorite.) I have not come across a thing I didn't like. Do yourself a favor and drop in for a visit. You won't be disappointed!

I love the place, it is clean and there is very nice places to gather with friends and loved ones.I asked for a coffee in my own mug so that we don’t have to throw away cups after one use, I was told that they can’t do that because it is a health code violation.Californian health-code 114075 states this:“a) Except for refilling a consumer's drinking cup or container without contact between the pouring utensil and the lip-contact area of the drinking cup or container, food employees shall not use tableware, including single-use articles, soiled by the consumer, to provide second portions or refills.”This clearly allows for employees to fill up consumers cups.I didn’t want to get into an argument with the employees there since they do not make the rules. But hopefully the owner of this establishment will see this and rectify the situation. I’m tired of seeing one-use cups as trash on the sides of streets and in neighborhoods.

The staff here are very nice and the atmosphere is very comforting. I am not too much a fun of the lattes. The lattes there have a coconut after taste. I'm not sure if it's the oatmilk I ordered with it or if it is the coffee grounds they use. I asked my mom if she thought the same and my husband and both agreed. I have gone back 2 more times and those times as well had a coconut taste. If I loved coconut it wouldn't be a problem but when you're expecting a coffee taste and not a big coconut fan it isn't the best.

I like small honest businesses. I believe that it adds to the small town feel that santee has. I've had an opportunity to thoroughly try this shop before I made my decision to post this review. A couple things I don't like is taking advantage of the consumer, Costco muffins at $6 per re wrapped and Costco croissants which are already an insult to croissants is an absurdity. The service is descent, a 6.75 out of 10 but the sugar saturated lattes and stale repackaged store bought beans is a no for me. A latte consists of actual coffee and espresso not sugary syrups to conceal the flavor or weak store bought coffee. If you're going to charge the consumer then give them quality, give a latte and make it the best, use a local baker and organic meats. Give the very best and take pride in what you sell.

Cute coffee neighborhood coffee shop in Santee area of San Diego. I came in while on business and had to drop by for a quick buzz fix. It is a truly neighborhood coffee shop with lots of folks coming over to meet each other and stay for a chat! Plenty of seating, and it's very clean! Coffee is good and staff is friendly. Only downside is universal restroom that, as well as not the most comfortable seating...

I came to study and ordered a mexican mocha it was really bad usually I can suck it up and finish a bad drink but it was just undrinkable. I took one sip and immediately went back to the register to ask for a replacement but unfortunately they said all they could do was 50% off a replacement drink. The staff was nice about it and I know they are probably just following some policy set by higher ups so I don't blame them but it just seemed unreasonable. Considering I've been to many coffee shops it's never been a problem to replace something when it's bad especially when you barely drink it. I kindly just asked staff to throw away my drink as I was not about to spend more money on a replacement drink that I might not even like. The ambiance wasn't bad however the seating was wasn't comfortable either i couldn't be there for more than 30min before it started hurting to sit on their couches so personally I wouldn't recommend if you are looking for local cozy coffee shop with great coffee.

Great place to get a hot cup of coffee or an Açaí bowl. The owner and the staff are very nice and polite. I'll always recommend Coffee Corner to friends and neighbors.

We stopped here for a coffee before heading into Costco, which is next door. Great decision as it’s a quaint and welcoming cafe, with a variety of coffee drinks and food items. Smoke seating inside and out, with friendly service. Highly recommend!
