Shout out to Raquel and Elena!!! They bagged everything perfectly, even though I had requests, I was greeted promptly and given a proper wait time for my food! I only wish I could tip them in person. Carry out took 15 minutes tops, and food was delicious 10/10 would come again

I have given this place multiple chances. This wing stop is one of the absolute worst. The food is always so greasy. They keep changing the fries. One day you get decent fries and the other days those fries are garbage like yall robbed a cheap fry stand. The handwashing procedures in this place are non existent. I watched an employee(Abby) walk in from break, never wash her hands. Then she proceeded to and I’m not even kidding scratch her armpit twice then touch her face. A customer then walked in and placed an order. The rang them up finished that, turned around scratched the dandruff off her head then go and grab peoples fresh fries and put them In a bag to go. I watched this go on for 5 minutes. When I asked her to wash her hands before she touched anybody else’s food, she really questioned if I was talking to her and had attitude before finally washing her hands. Absolutely DISGUSTING. I worked in fast food of all kinds and NEVER would I do that. You need to train your employees better. We have food handlers laws for a reason. To your employee Abby’s boyfriend rj who walked out with a free meal that night, I hope you didn’t get sick after the way she handled your food.

Food was really good, flavorful and juicy strips & the French fries were well seasoned, I ordered half atomic and the young lady recommended the mango habanero so I got half mango habanero w/ ranch, bleu cheese and honey mustard as my dipping sauces, all employees were working hard and the store had a really clean atmosphere!

Its a very nice wing place but since going there a few times wings are kinda chewie need a little longer in the fryer, flavors are good, Ordering ahead doesn't help was still 15mins behind for the few times I came here, not enough people cooking wings and to many people on expo trying to figure out what flavors and wings go in which bag just from how I was watching

Making the sauce and options just seem like an over complicated mess of confusion. The building is also very gloomy atmosphere. Definitely 1 star place. To top it off no napkins in the bag at a wing shop…
This shoebox sized Wingstop was doing well when it opened two months ago, but now however the service and quality of food has rapidly declined. At times, I have seen 9 to 12 employees in this tiny location and then they seem to disappear to 3 employees when it's busy. Where do they go? Behind the scenes. Somewhere out back? Behind the building.. It's been disappointing. The crew is off and on. Half baked.

This new location has horrible service and needs improvement. You would hope that a new location would be running top notch. We waited 20 min for a small order. Good thing I checked my order, because two food items (sandwichs) were missing. They wanted me to wait another 10-15 min for them to make a sandwich they forgot to make. I asked for a refund on the sandwich and told them don't bother making it. Never again Wing Stop! I will take my business to Popeyes that just opened down the street. Much better service there.
