Jersey Mike's Subs

If you used to sit outside at Jersey Mikes on bouquet that evidently is not happening now. We arrived at 12:40 my husband myself and a dog and I asked about the tables and they said oh they couldn’t decide whether to put them out or not so they’re locked up in the back. Now whether we have the dog with us or not, we like to sit outside I prefer the fresh air when it is nice and warm and a beautiful day to being inside so three bikers also were behind us and left because there were no tables outside. So I’m probably not visiting at least this Jersey Mikes anymore.

I went in for a gift card. Asked if they had any in stock and then stood in line. Hardly a minute went by they said if you’re only getting a gift card, you can move to the front of the line at the cashier!! Wahoo!!! Great customer service “thinking”!! Thank you!!

I ordered a sandwich online today on wheat bread and I got it and it was on white bread and I didn’t realize until I got home and it was too late since they are almost closing now. I’m a diabetic so having the right bread is critical to my health. Supposed to be my cheat meal. A little disappointed. A little disappointed in the service as well. I walked in and asked for my order and the guy just turned the bag over and I confirmed it was mine and he handed it to me with attitude. I get it. It’s a long day and you’re almost done with the work day but still can be polite. I’ve always had a wonderful experience at jersey mikes but not today. :(

We stopped in for some sandwiches today and honestly... Not great. The bread was not soft and the flavor a bit bland.Then... We noticed the B rating on their latest inspection after we had grabbed our food.If you want to know what's on the inspection, I would highly recommend you look it up.I'm not sure we will be returning to this location. Ugh
