Not impressed. Very limited veg options. You will get Tofu if you ask for Paneer. The owner constantly bragged about being many years in business and yet he failed to understand the customer's expectation. Just admit you don't serve paneer dish. Don't tell the customer you will create a mystery dish for them and they can choose not to pay if they don't like it. This is not master chef show. No one has time to wait 2+ hours for a perfect dish. If its not in the menu you don't have it.

Punjabi Mexican fusion didn't feel like a great combo but once I tasted the food, I realized the flavors are still pretty authentic. To their benefit the Aunty who makes the food there retains a lot of the flavor but still makes it healthy. The portions disappointed a few of the folks but my spinach tofu hit the spot! The vegetarian rice plate was a bit meh.

Delicious food! First time trying fusion punjab and it’s just excellent. Love the tamarind sauce on my chicken enchiladas! The owner is very welcoming and humorous!
Incredible place, and the host is quite the character. Friendly and great service. This place has been around awhile and serves fresh farm to table dishes expertly crafted and inspired from around the world that are as unique and creative as they are delicious. If I had the ability to give them a Michelin star I would. Oh and get the dessert.

I had high hopes, but unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The food was well below average and lacked flavor or authenticity—felt like there was minimal effort put into its preparation.
To make matters worse, the meal was very expensive, and in my opinion, not worth even half the price we paid. The bill was handwritten and barely legible, which felt unprofessional. The indoor space is quite cramped and not really suitable for dining in, though they do have a decent amount of outdoor seating.
If you’re looking for a quality Indian dining experience, I would highly recommend choosing a proper authentic Indian restaurant rather than this fusion concept. Overall, a letdown.
