Food and drinks were delicious, restaurant is huge could have spaced people out more instead of cramming everyone in one corner.
Our first time. Food was excellent, service was superb. ...and you can't beat the view. Parking lot very convenient.
We have been here on several occasions, but last night we had really bad service. To the point I'm writing a review. No check ins. Forgetting to put in cocktails. Waited 15 min with our dessert menu. Decided to just pass because he took so long. I have to wave him down to order our dinner entrees. To order another round of drinks.
I visited recently for lunch, and I was blown away by the service. The atmosphere was incredible, and the team was incredibly efficiency. I will definitely be coming back.
Barrel House Tavern was fantastic! We sat on the balcony and it was such a beautiful day with a view of the bay. Food was absolutely delicious - we did the burrata, chicken sandwich and then beignets and loved all of it. I got the ginger margarita and loved it too. Service was great as well. Highly recommend.
Beautiful experience on the patio. Burrata was the best I've ever had and our server was wonderful
Our waitress was super nice, friendly and attentive. the owner came by to check on us. the views of the bay are gorgeous! We enjoyed our fried calamari, vegetarian mushroom flatbread, wild mushroom ravioli and beignets.
Table was ready. Food and service were good. Just didn't like the extra city charge on the bill. Not sure if locals expect it, but it was a surprise to this socal girl.
The view is fantastic and the attentiveness of the servers is good. The Green Goddess Salad we had was tasteless, the burger ok but the mushroom ravioli was great.
Restaurant advertises a happy hour menu but they do not in fact have a happy hour menu. Beautiful setting but way overpriced for the quality of the food.

over priced food made with msg. the ravioli was not cooked sufficiently; the msg caused me to be thirsty I will not be coming back
This restaurant had its highs and lows. The view is absolutely beautiful, and a few of the appetizers were enjoyable. Unfortunately, the majority of our order fell short, 9 out of 10 items were disappointing. Because of this, I wouldn't recommend the restaurant and wouldn't return, even if someone else were paying. On a positive note, the staff was accommodating when we arrived an hour earlier than our reservation, which we appreciated. Our waitress, Andrea, was great whenever she checked in. However, there were times we needed assistance and had to flag down other servers, which wasn't ideal and something I would have preferred to avoid. If you do decide to go, I'd recommend staying away from the oysters Florentine, which were sadly overcooked and underwhelming. The $30+ lobster bisque wasn't a bisque at all, more like a ladle of thin tomato broth. The burger, which tasted similar to a Costco patty, was seriously under-seasoned, though it was seared to my liking. The lobster ravioli was also underwhelming and failed to stand out.
I made a reservation for my birthday and loved every part of my dining experience. I sat outside and the view was amazing and the service was great! I equally enjoyed the food as well.
Drinks and food was excellent. Wait staff was quick, friendly and efficient. The views of San Francisco are beautiful. Great experience.
Service was great. Food was great except our lobster tail was overcooked. Drinks were amazing. Ambience was okay. People kept coming to where we were to take pictures of the bay.
