It's currently 1:25pm went in to the formerly " California Caviar" all the way from Santa Rosa hoping to get caviar. Walked in boxes everywhere the lady tells me they are closed. I then tell them ok Yelp does say you close at 3pm just so you are aware she then responds" yeah we are closed"., unprofessional, fix your hours..

My family and I visited the Bump Bar this week for a private experience. What we had was incredible. Deborah, John, and Ellen were amazing hosts. They gave us an education, and presented us with some incredible memories that I won't forget. Thank you so much for a beautiful Tuesday afternoon.

I really enjoyed our dinner on Feb 11. Loved the house caviar flight and the ambiance and coziness of the restaurant. We had the trout and beef along with the potato started (I wouldn't have ever guessed it was potato based if they hadn't told me.) Parking was easy, very close, no problem for my wife's heels. We will be back. I'm happy we found it.

Really fun caviar bar with an intimate atmosphere. Upbeat vibes and food (small plates and 'vars are all excellent). Try the caviar sampler as a nice introduction andthe crudo (if avail).

Loved the Bump Bar. Had an early Valentine's Day and Late Anniversary dinner in Feb 11. Enjoyed sitting at the end of the bar. Hosts and chef were friendly and inviting. Enjoyed learning about the Japanese grill used on the trout and steak dishes (which were delicious) never had potatoes prepared like the potato dish we had that night. Really enjoyed the California Caviar Company house flight of Caviar. We will go back again in the future. Thank you for a great night.

I went to The Bump Bar last night for an evening bite before my evening activities. Tiana, my server was absolutely fabulous in her recommendations, and attentive positive service. She recommended the akauashi beef, which was fabulous. She also recommended a hibiscus herbal tea that came in the most gorgeous assortment with sugar, dried limes, mint, and lemon. I drank the entire tea pot! Her attention for detail with the assortment was so aesthetically pleasing, and made me feel extremely special as a guest in the open style kitchen. Chef Matthew crafts up the best fixings with the caviar, and some of the most flavorful creations, I have ever had. The meat was cooked perfectly, and every bite is an experience in itself. Weston was also very knowledgeable in his wine pairings, and if you have ANY question about ANY wine he's your guy. I will be dining again soon!

Absolutely gorgeous plates. A tiny very cool lounge that I didn’t know existed and am blown away! Met chef Matthieu Legendre, he is an artist for sure!

Unique business, amazingly talented and super cute chef and team. Best New Year's Eve dinner ever. Only place I buy caviar, selections and quality not comparable to what I've found previous.

Came on Sunday afternoon at 4:30pm for a quick appetizer before our main dinner. Beautiful restaurant in a beautiful town. Group of 4, we were immediately greeted and seated at the bar area. Ordered the Maine Scallop Crudo and the Domestic Caviar Flight. Everything was beautifully prepared and presented. Staff were very knowledgeable and we loved that they gave us the backstory on every item. I'll keep this short. Scallop crudo was good and topped with fermented sauce that we were familiar with in other cuisines. The flight consisted of three different caviar varieties which are accompanied by an egg mixture, crème fraiche, shallots, herbs, and the most amazing butter toasted brioche. Basically, come here and get your mind blown by a great experience and great food.

Incredible place with friendly, knowledgeable and absolutely delightful staff and a superstar for a chef.I won't even rave about the caviar - it's clear it's the star of the show but the product can only get you so far and the ambience, experience and people make the equation and that's exactly what we enjoyed.I just wish we were closer and could frequent more often because we'd be regulars. Thank you guys for making our anniversary caviar bite stop into an entire memory and truly cannot wait to be back!Oh and before I wrap - fantastic, notable wine list as well, huge thumbs up to everything you're doing!

What a team! Matt and Weston were all over it. We had an amazing night with some of the best food I've ever had. Caviar isn't everything, chef Matt is a whizz in the kitchen and everything he served was delicious. The setup is cozy, the place is super clean, and the whole experience was wonderful from start to finish. I can't wait to go back again!

Thank you fellow Yelpers for recommending Bump! Had such a great experience here! Classy, intimate, cozy, and delicious. This eight seat Chefs' counter is quite the experience. Personable Chefs and associates puts you at ease, and ensure that you're enjoying every moment of your tasting. To start, I'd recommend starting w some bubbles (one or FEW bottles of champagne) of course. Try as much on the menu as possible! We did! Creative dishes with and of Caviar created by these amazingly talented Chefs. Cheers! We started off w complimentary Heirloom tomato gazpacho. Refreshing deep flavor! Followed by Caviar Flights: 1) Domestic 2) CCC Each 'Flight' consists of three different types of Caviar accompanied by egg, crème fraiche, shallots, fine herbs, and toasted brioche (buttery yummy goodness by the way ). Plates (we ordered all of it!): -Smoked egg custard w citrus yolk jam, maple, and bacon trout roe. -steak tartare w daikon, shiso, and Hackleback. -Mt Lassen trout crudo w brown butter vinaigrette and sake trout roe. -Mt Lassen trout w summer squash and salmon roe. -Semmifreddo (dessert) brown sugar, sake, royal white sturgeon. Every dish was delicious! However two plates that really stood out were the smoked egg custard, and trout crudo. So much so we ordered additional plates. The custard was a party in your mouth experience, w various flavors and textures, smoky/creamy/sweet/salty/savory/smooth/popping of the roe. The trout crudo so aromatic/fresh/sweet/salty/vinegary/popping of roe infused w sake. Oh my... and wow! Needless to say, I highly recommend Bump. Thank you Chefs and the entire team at Bump for a memorable experience! Keep up the amazing work!

This is a wonderful spot! Wow I was blown away by how delicious this place is. Everything was phenomenal to the food, ambiance, and service. This is not your typical snooty caviar spot- it’s fun and a great atmosphere to meet with friends for a enjoyable dining experience. I loved being able to see the chefs cooking right at the counter. Chef Mathieu was incredibly talented serving us works of literal art. 5 stars!!!

Amazing food, service and ambiance! Chef Callan and his team delivered a memorable and exquisite experience. The chefs tasting is the best way to go but if you opt out of that make sure to try Chef Borelli’s Smoked Egg Custard and his take on Steak Tartare. Thank you for such an amazing meal Chef!
