Nice staffs.
If you have a sweet tooth, you have to visit this place-they’ve got a great collection of chocolate, ice cream and beautifully displayed products. As an aesthetic, I really loved it.
A wonderful place with friendly knowledgeable staff and the Ice Cream and Gelato so heavenly you're gonna want to come again and again. I highly recommend it.
Good chocolate selection some local and some from other countries. Also fun that they have dole whip too. Convenient for a stroll along Sausalito waterfront
Great gelato!!!
One of the best selection of chocolates I have seen. Chocolates from many origins produced in many countries.
The Gelato was fine I guess. it's too expensive though, basically 10 bucks for a scoop, and it's not a particularly generous scoop.
Never seen a person scooping that fast before
They usually have SUCH a good curation of chocolates so it pains me to write this review. DO NOT buy the Dubai Chocolate!!! I spent 40$ (that should have been my first red flag) but since they have good quality fine chocolates I had high expectations it would be really good. “Luxury” as its marketed. It was DISGUSTING, the worst quality chocolate, stale, and overall spit-worthy after the first bite. I’m sooooo upset at this waste of money. I truly expected them to vet their products and for it to be at least OKAY for 40 bucks. Ive had many versions of the dubai chocolate and this is by far the worst AND most expensive!!! 7/11 has a better one. The mini dubai bonbons from another brand were better , but for $20 is a hard swallow. So disappointed.
They have awesome chocolates.

The dole whip is surprisingly good! Love it. Thank you :)
Overpriced ice cream with not much flavour. We were disappointed.
I'm so glad I visited this place on a beautiful sunny Sunday! Can't believe I always walked by it. It has an amazing selection of fine chocolates with excellent customer service! Will visit again to try out a couple more chocolate bars. A nice gem which showcases a variety of chocolates from around the world!

Hmmm, well, this is for the purchase a small bag of "JOHN KELLY" chocolates, "Milk Chocolate Almonds" 3.5oz for $11.25. (+/- $51.00/pound). They were RANCID, tasted like they were made 2+ YEARS ago. Disapointing since Sausalito Gelato and Chocolate served a decent cup of hot chocolate and OK green tea icecream (reported on the reciept as "Gelato"). Don't know if this is a true reflection on this joint OR on JOHN KELLY chocolates, but none the less they sold a BAD product that after one bite had to dispose of the bag. Quality control lacking at this joint. Being ripped off is not a good thing. BUYER BEWARE !!!
UPDATE: Seller responded stating that I should be "welcome" to "absurd inflation" and they will have to "look at this manufacturer" Really? Seller is selling the idea that I am naive
SELLERS RESPONSE:
"Response from the owner 16 minutes ago
Wow. We will have a look at this manufacturer. As to prices…welcome to absurd inflation in certain areas, chocolate being one of the highest"

Way too expensive for poor quality. Paid 15.08USD for two cones with one scoop on it.
I choose Banana with chocolate. This icecrwam never saw a single banana ftom far, which was confirmed by the lady in the shop. The taste was awfully artificial, I told her to throw my ice-cream away.
