Nice location with spectacular views. Would be a good event space. It didn't seem like a regular restaurant. I attended an event here, for which they had a limited brunch menu. I ordered the avocado toast, which was the worst avocado toast I've ever had - hard, tasteless, small, and way overpriced. There was minimal, tired furniture and the bathrooms had no paper towels or hand dryer. If the issues mentioned above could be corrected, this would be a lovely event space.

We rented Nikita’s waterside venue in Sausalito for an event and it was perfect! The space is beautiful by the water, the music system worked great, and we could bring our own food which made things easy. Having the bar setup was a highlight—Max, the bartender, was amazing and kept everyone happy. Everything went smoothly and our guests loved the place. Highly recommend!

Place looks awesome. Called them to ask about reserving a table, an AI automated machine answered the call and said that the place was open to take reservations. Drove 45 minutes, paid $25 dollars for parking, walked there to find out that this place is not a restaurant (as Google has it) it would be great to know all that beforehand.

John the executive chef there is second to none when it comes to the ambiance the service and the food hands down best dining experience in in the Bay area if you ask me for my opinion. The view the food the interaction with the staff their experience with food wine and pairing is off the chart. Also a great place to go if you just want to grab a cocktail and a couple appetizers the bar atmosphere is amazing. Let him know Mercedes-Benz Mick sent you and you'll be well taken care of. Well you'll be well taken care of even if you don't mention my name.

I’m so sad about this place! What happened? Is it catch as catch can? Seriously though, the food and view are amazing. It used to feel like I mattered there but not the last 5 times I went. I keep trying but the level of apparent indifference from the wait staff and bartender and maître d is just plain odd. This place deserves the best and it keeps pumping out mediocrity. Somebody is asleep on the job or the spirit has gone a bit sideways. Please come back to health :) I even wrote ahead in the reservation sharing my concerns and asking for good service in advance. Amazing. Perhaps it’s the events that are taking precedent? I’d love to know. Thanks, Lynnea

The restaurant is classy but the view is the main attraction. There is also an outdoor deck, but it can be cool/windy or foggy depending on the day or time. There are heaters outside and they do also have blankets I believe.
The food presentation is beautiful. Everything tastes good, but I’ve been several times now and a couple of times, I’ve felt like the food was good, but could use a little more seasoning. I definitely recommend the truffle fries. I’m not a fan of truffle oil, but they are bomb. Scallops and salmon are Great as well. The menu does change slightly seasonally.

The service was a bit clumsy at times (they forgot to put menus in the binder, a taco was dropped, tea wasn’t brought out with the rest of the dessert), but I wouldn’t knock any points off because the staff were extremely apologetic and always made up for it. Truthfully, it made our experience more fun because we were laughing about it. They even added glasses of champagne on the house. I’ve seen some other reviewers say service was slow, but when you’re sitting in such a nice restaurant, my preference is not to be rushed through the courses. The timing of the service was perfect for me.
Sometimes these restaurants with great views are over priced for mediocre food, but our food was incredible and the prices were very reasonable for such high quality. And i am typically very critical on quality! everything down to the garnishes were delicious.
my only critique would be that the staff should be well versed on the menu. when we were asking our waitress about the desserts, she hadn’t tried them so she wasn’t able to describe them. She could only tell us what was popular with other diners which was still helpful in making our decision on what to order. But this is an easy fix to make sure the staff has tried the menu.

The waiter and staff were all amazing! The view was gorgeous! The waygu tacos were delicious, and the Cabernet was as well! The Manager was great and went above and beyond! The service was impeccable!
