Ice cream was very good with many different flavors but staff was unfriendly and corrected me for pronouncing something wrong unkindly. If it wasn’t for the staff, the rating would’ve been a 5.
This was my first Lappert’s Experience and I now understand the fuss and long lines. They’ve given milk a reason to live. Highly recommend. Service at this location was excellent.
Ice cream is great! Servers are really rude and yell at the customers though. If I came here for ice cream after a long day, their attitudes would send me over the edge. Instead of yelling “NEXT!” They could probably say “I could help you over here!” with a smile and a wave.
