my first time here at MJ sushi and the portions are incredible. You get twice as much food as any other sushi restaurant in Marin County. The food is fresh and the service is lovely. Highly recommend.
Nice new place. Sushi was delicious. Spicy tuna had actual spice. Was not over sauced. Yummy miso. Sushi roll bites are a bit large, would have preferred it cut into 8 pieces. So much ginger and wasabi provided. I also think your tip options would be better if they didn’t start at 15%, people mostly tip 20% or more - staff is losing out.

We absolutely love MJ Sushi — it’s our go-to spot for fresh, delicious sushi and a wonderful atmosphere. The restaurant is spacious and relaxing, never too noisy even when it’s busy. The servers Yanis and Jane are always friendly, attentive, and thoughtful, checking on every detail. The sushi chefs Jun and Jacky make everything beautifully fresh, and once they even made a special roll that wasn’t on the menu — it was amazing!...
