The ice-cream shop didn’t have a variety of different flavors. The customer service wasn’t the best, it didn’t feel very welcoming. The ice cream was sweet. I love how big the inside is for seating and the photo area that they have. I would recommend going to a different ice cream shop for a better experience.

Got one dark chocolate Oreo. It was smaller than a regular Oreo and cost about $3. Didn’t taste like Oreo at all. Not worth it. Haven’t tried the other stuff but didn’t like how overpriced this one cookie was.

The banana shake ice cream is to die for! Hubs got the coconut pineapple then tasted mine - he had to get back in line to get some and a Salty Sausalito (that was really good too!) to take home. They don't have or do pints to to take home so he had to get a double scoop in a cup - it was pricey at almost $10 but tasted just as good the next day right out of the freezer. This shop is totally cute too! Lots of sweets to choose from, from fudge to Ghirardelli offerings. An employee was making fresh made caramel stir stir stirring the pot the entire time we were there sitting at a table enjoying our order. There was no one in line when we ordered about 2p on the Saturday of Thanksgiving weekend, but a line quickly formed. They didn't get as busy as the other ice cream spot practically across the street but I don't know why. Service was great also. We definitely will be back to enjoy their unique flavors & flavor concoctions again the next time we are in the area.

The way everything says they close at 8/9, but they rudely turned us away at 7pm... no you're not closed, you're just lazy. Extremely aggravating.

Incredibly poor customer service. We were turned away with a four year old child because the employees only cared about closing right on time. We walked in right as their final customers were about to walk out, and they refused us service. Speaking from experience, in this industry, your customers should be your first priority rather than yourself. Especially when a four year old child is involved, who doesn’t understand that some people just don’t choose to be considerate sometimes. Won’t return as a frequent visitor to Sausalito, and beyond disappointed.

Jose shooed us away with his hands, literally as if we were bothering him while he was serving a couple (they were a latino couple and we are a black couple) and he said they were closed although the door was open and it was just before 8pm and google has the business listed to close at 9pm. Smile and apologize if you aren't going to keep your hours at the very least. Pay the fee with Google and change your official hours and keep your contract with the public which are your posted hours online and on your storefront. Add that to the terrible ratings column this place keeps racking up.

I didn't like the service or the churros with ice cream, apparently they haven't changed the oil where they make the churros since it tasted bad. old oil, please improve the attention and preparation of the churros and dirty bathrooms.
