Consistently disappointing service. On multiple visits, the staff seemed disorganized and unmotivated. It feels like basic training and attention to customer service are seriously lacking.

Starbucks is always known for its amazing coffee's but here it was the customer service that made the difference. I happened to have not collected a payment receipt that i need. I reached out to the restaurant two days later, asked for help, & barista Nar went all the way to help send me a copy of the same on whatsApp on my request. This is what i call above and beyond customer service experience. Nar thank you so much for your help.

Rude employees. The drink was made wrong, it happens, we let them know it was made with passion tea not green tea, they were rude and acted annoyed when we asked them to remake it.

My significant other and I ordered two drinks in our personal cups. He ordered a tea and I ordered a frap. Not only did they make it in their cups, but when reminded it was supposed to go in our personal cups they told my significant other, “you can just pour them in bro.” When he said ok I can do that with my tea but the other drink I can’t. They said oh you’re right and then proceeded to pour it in my cup instead of remaking it. We will NEVER go back!

Just ordered here today, customer service is Trash. Ordered drinks to go in a personal cup…they were prepared in the Starbucks paper cups instead, when I informed them of the mistake I was told to “Just pour it in there man”. Very Rude, Very Dismissive.

This has to be the worst run Starbucks in the chain.. they are very often out of stock on food items. “ Like almost always” even before 9am so it’s not like they just ran out after a busy day. The staff is a mixed bag of some very nice ppl but the weekends “sundays” the staff looks like there all hung over from the night before. Unfriendly and sometimes seem to be purposely slow in gettin your order. Not sure if this is a manager issue or just the lack of good people wanting to work in this store. But I’m at the point where I’ll drive a little further just to avoid a lousy start to my day waiting 25 minutes to get a coffee and a breakfast sandwich. Hopefully Starbucks actually reads these reviews and gets their act together.

I typically do not leave reviews, but I feel compelled to share my recent experience with your establishment as I was extremely disappointed with the level of service I received.
I placed a mobile pickup order, and unfortunately, my order was incorrect not once, but three times. Both the barista and the cashier were unhelpful and displayed a concerning attitude. While I understand that working on a holiday can be stressful, it does not excuse the rude behavior or the lack of professionalism from the staff.
Additionally, when the male employee spoke rudely to me, I was shocked that the manager, who was present at the time, did not intervene or address the situation in any way. This lack of accountability and customer care was particularly upsetting.
I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as it significantly impacted my experience, and I would appreciate your attention to improving both staff training and customer service in the future.

I tried ordering a drink, Glindas pink potion as stated on the starbucks app and the lady taking the order very rudely said she didn't know what that was. She continued having a bad attitude after that. The menu in the drive thru is very outdated. They still have the summer menu out and it's October 🤦♀️
