Disgusting service. Went in and no other customer inside so i tried to order but it seems like the staff (The girl with curly hair wearing glasses) is having a bad day. Didn’t even say anything and didn’t bother that we were there. When i’m about to order she did not respond when i say Hi! And when i called her attention the second time, her response was “What???” In a very rude and angry voice/manner. Knowing that she was just in front of me, that was an absolute disrespect/neglect to her customer. Man, i said right away never mind and left. I feel sorry to the owner of this branch. You have an employee who is a LIABILITY and not an ASSET.

We wanted to get our travel provisions here at 8:30 on Sunday for our hike in Muir Woods. Unfortunately, we encountered a somewhat unmotivated employee here who likes to open the restaurant half an hour later, contrary to the opening times (posted on the door of the restaurant). All in all, the sandwich was of the usual Subway quality and good.

This is by far the absolute WORST Subway I've ever been in. I'm talking about the maker not including all the ingredients that are listed on the menu, a surly attitude, and charging for extra meat and not putting it in the sandwich. I will never stop in there again.

Horrible customer service. Got a 6in tuna nothing but bread and a handful of lettuce. Gets upset cause I asked for more tuna then offered the next customer a free drink. Don’t wanna bring race in it but I’m black he wasn’t. Never coming to this subway again. Paid almost $8 for bread and lettuce! I took video of it.

Most pathetic sandwich I have ever been served. The lettuce available was frost bitten, translucent and brown. No thank you! The tomatoes disintegrated when the server picked them up, so I had to pass on those too. My “ultimate BMT has five pieces of meat and the 2x provolone means a whopping TWO half slices. It’s Subway so I didn’t expect a beautiful deli sandwich but I expected at least a decent one. Do better.
