I had booked dinner for 4 intended for a sit down omakase with the chef. Instead we were seated in the patio and omakase was not with the chef but presented on a platter. Was told that if I wanted to sit at chef's table, i needed to book that separately. Not clearly noted as an option on Open Table.
Went for my birthday lunch. The food was fresh and tasted great. Loved how there were little twists on things that I haven't tasted before. The waiter was so sweet. Loved the black sesame ice cream!
Outstanding. We reserved a table for 5pm for a party of 3. We arrived a few minutes before 5pm and the restaurant was closed and a few diners were standing out front, but at exactly 5pm the doors opened and the host took us to our table. The ambiance was very relaxed and quiet, in the best way possible. The decor is tasteful. The food was absolutely fantastic. We especially loved the Crunchy rolls with eel.
