Yesterday, my sister and I had the BEST table at the Iconic Spinnaker Seafood Restaurant in Sausalito - the at table at the far corner facing San Francisco! WOW - What a beautiful and clear day, with just a 'hint' of fog over the Golden Gate Bridge to the ocean side. The food was Fabulous - mine was a 'classic' "Crab Louie," with lots and lots of wonderful crab, and Tiramisu for dessert! Our servers were Alex and Francisco ("Francisco:))"...
The fries were made in old oil and not very warm. The tomatos in my caprese salad were mushy. I think it was chintzy that parking was only by valet when many spaces were available and alternate parking was distant. Other than that, the service was good and of course we enjoyed the view.
It was a fabulous view and food. Romantic. The table beside us was noisy some of the time -- table are close together, if the one man had been shushed, it would have been great. But, these days, I didn't want to do it.
