Shindig! is keeping the flame lit for all of us. My burger was great. Open mic night was full of fun music. Had a delicious new wine from an unheard of grape in California that was totally exciting. Huzzah!
After our hike we got hungry and found Shindig! I highly recommend the grilled cheese. It was nice to split because it was very rich. I also appreciate the complementary bread and butter.

We didnt know what to expect, as we walked in, a movie showing for a wine maker was just starting and we are not wine drinking folk. We watched the 1:20 movie and it showed that the owners are very intentional. The items offered on the menu suit a small kitchen that is sourcing good ingredients. Warm sausage plate and a perfectly cooked lamb loin chop special (as the only seasonally available entre item) were abeautifully cooked medium rare. Locally produced beers were also available,...
