My grandma and uncle bought a cake for $33.99. The box is labeled strawberry ice cream and vanilla cake. When we look through the box it is chocolate cake and vanilla ice cream. My grandmother asked “although it’s chocolate frosting is the inside still strawberry?” to the associate working at the time. She replied yes. I called BR later that evening after opening the box and cutting the cake to let them know it was labeled wrong and is there anything they can do for us since it’s my grandmothers birthday. The associate replied “we’ve had this problem before and all my boss says if they noticed it was wrong they should bring it back” Although I can partly agree with their response, my family does not like to make a fuss about these things. In this one instance that my grandma decided to ask for a cake (which she never does) and requested her favorite, she ended up short handed on her birthday. I would like to say please ask your workers to carefully pay attention to which cake goes where because on special events like this one, no one should feel they didn’t get to enjoy something they were looking forward to. Thank you.

Went in and ordered a root beer float. It is near a 100 degrees outside. I asked for the remaining soda in the bottle. Normally, the csr provides it at no cost but was charged 1.79 plus tax. The mistake I made was that I would pay. I thought she would just provide at no cost. My mistake. Anyway, store cleanliness was just okay. Nothing special. The only thing that was good was the float but they didn't fill it with ice cream. Been to quite a few BR and found out that the Selma one was not up to standards.

Terrible service This deserves a no star Came by with family to get an ice cream The doors were closed to go in And the drive thru oh my gosh worst experience ever We tried to tell them our order The lady couldn't even hear us not to mention they were blasting music If anything they were dumb kids fooling around not even taking the job seriously The kid asked us to go to the front window to tell them what we wanted since she couldn't hear us mind u she didn't sound very smart How are we gonna do that if we don't even know what we are gonna order we need a menu Just stupid really Then the guy at the front asked us if we were done ordering even he was bad at custom service he also looked like a kid Honestly these kids should be fired that was the worst experience And poor service I have ever had

Went to the Baskin Robbins in Selma … the hours on the window say they close at 10 and it’s 9:30 when I walk in. I proceeded to get ignored by all associates perhaps with the exception for one because she’s handling the drive thru. I didn’t see what I wanted in the prepackage section so I stood in front of the case. They continued to ignore me until I asked um are you closed? She said “We’re closing.” At that point I got completely annoyed and just said okay and went to leave, they already had the door locked so I had to wait for her to open it. I could be wrong but they didn’t seem to want to be bothered with me at all. They didn’t even bother to ask what I wanted. I could see if I showed up at two min till close then I could see being annoyed as an employee but really? Get employees who want to be customer service oriented.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The children running this establishment are ridiculous. Absolutely no sense of urgency or customer service. They’re rude and close the store early. Every time we’re trying to get ice cream for our kiddos their lobby is closed before 9 when they’re suppose to stay open until 10. Worst baskin robins in the area.

We go here about 2 times a week. Today we went thru the drive thru. I ordered a banana royal. I pulled away before I saw that it had no bannas at all barely 1 scoop of ice cream and no hot fudge. Just a cup of whipcream. I turned around and went back, by the time i got inside the whipcream and half scoop of ice cream was melted.It was 102 outside The woman "Cam". Was very rude, accused me of lying and was arguing with me. She was extremely unprofessional.She even went and asked her co workers what they thought of the missing stuff. I will not be returning and letting everyone else know of this incident.
