I don’t know much about Baskin. But, the employee Ava might be the closest thing to the LeBron James of ice cream scooping. I’m talking 2018 game 7 Finals LeBron. 10/10 customer service would recommend.

The Baskin Robbins in Selma Ca.are the worst!!! BR in the Valley.Bad service,always gets wrong orders and now when you order a Regular Scoop of Ice Cream and Pay for an Adult Scoop of Ice Cream a Kids Scoop ...I spoke to The Manager and She said that it the right size..Lady I get a Scoop of ice cream at least once a week,but in Reedley,,and it's never that size....!

TERRIBLE PLACE TO BE! 1/15/25!! Been feeling really sick after got to work 4pm within 2 hrs later felt nasty. Not recommend no ice cream or milkshakes. Especially the chocolate milkshake. Been throwing up on and off at work and at home been having diarrhea! This is not okay!! 🤬 Lost a 1pt and already at 3.50 in total as it is.. never coming back $10 for a milkshake too!

I pre ordered a cake and they didn't even bother to make it. I went in to pick up at the scheduled time. The lady in there doesn't even offer to make my cake and I can pick up at a later . Just pushes a refund on me, I chose another cake not to come empty handed for my kid. I tried to ask for my original cake to be made but she refused. 11am Dec 30 2024

My grandma and uncle bought a cake for $33.99. The box is labeled strawberry ice cream and vanilla cake. When we look through the box it is chocolate cake and vanilla ice cream. My grandmother asked “although it’s chocolate frosting is the inside still strawberry?” to the associate working at the time. She replied yes. I called BR later that evening after opening the box and cutting the cake to let them know it was labeled wrong and is there anything they can do for us since it’s my grandmothers birthday. The associate replied “we’ve had this problem before and all my boss says if they noticed it was wrong they should bring it back” Although I can partly agree with their response, my family does not like to make a fuss about these things. In this one instance that my grandma decided to ask for a cake (which she never does) and requested her favorite, she ended up short handed on her birthday. I would like to say please ask your workers to carefully pay attention to which cake goes where because on special events like this one, no one should feel they didn’t get to enjoy something they were looking forward to. Thank you.

Went in and ordered a root beer float. It is near a 100 degrees outside. I asked for the remaining soda in the bottle. Normally, the csr provides it at no cost but was charged 1.79 plus tax. The mistake I made was that I would pay. I thought she would just provide at no cost. My mistake. Anyway, store cleanliness was just okay. Nothing special. The only thing that was good was the float but they didn't fill it with ice cream. Been to quite a few BR and found out that the Selma one was not up to standards.

Terrible service This deserves a no star Came by with family to get an ice cream The doors were closed to go in And the drive thru oh my gosh worst experience ever We tried to tell them our order The lady couldn't even hear us not to mention they were blasting music If anything they were dumb kids fooling around not even taking the job seriously The kid asked us to go to the front window to tell them what we wanted since she couldn't hear us mind u she didn't sound very smart How are we gonna do that if we don't even know what we are gonna order we need a menu Just stupid really Then the guy at the front asked us if we were done ordering even he was bad at custom service he also looked like a kid Honestly these kids should be fired that was the worst experience And poor service I have ever had
