I recently visited this Burger King location and had a very disappointing experience. When I pulled up to the drive-thru speaker, a loud car happened to pass by and stop at the light, making it difficult for me to hear the employee. Because of that, I heard “pull up to the window so i can heIp you”.

As soon as I got to the window, the manager and the employee approached and the manager began yelling at me. They assumed that the loud noise was coming from my car’s music, even though it wasn’t. I calmly explained that the noise wasn’t mine she rudely said “well you’re gonna have to wait” since she didn’t hear my order which was a mobile order anyways. She came back and handed my order and I told her that it was inappropriate to yell at me for something that wasn’t my fault.

The manager responded by saying she “wasn’t yelling” and that it was just her voice. Regardless, the tone and volume felt unprofessional and unnecessary.

Overall, this experience left me feeling disrespected as a customer. Clear communication and basic courtesy go a long way, and unfortunately, that was missing during my visit.

I ordered and asked to change for my $20 I paid with and I was rudely denied and I was repeated denied to change my $10 the money that I just received as change has a hole in the middle of it and is all ripped and I asked kindly to pay again and use it as a payment method for this establishment and I was rudely told no we will not accept your payment or change out that $10 when I was just given it as change I’m outraged by being denied service for no good reason I believe they should no treat anyone especially a customer with this type of service very poor and rude with an absolute power trip I’m very disappointed and I feel very uncomfortable to even walk up to the counter with my money because I’m eating a $39- $40 meal I’m just very upset that people in fast food places have to be outed like this while I have all my food getting cold in front of me writing this review I’ll be posting this on Google for the Selma location the manager woman gave me the change and declined me rudely when the money she gave me is already ripped and with a hole in the middle she repeatedly denied to give me a $5 and 5 $1 dollar bills absolutely disgusting service by her I don’t know her name and I don’t wanna learn it all I know is she’s the manager 10/20/25 1:04:52p.m. Order ID AAC3PM9SACAZ

Today was our first time at this location and it was around 5:30pm. The workers have absolutely no knowledge of good hygiene!!!!! One guy had gunk in just about all his fingernails and his hair was not combed. There was only one table clean, restroom’s smelled and were dirty, the temperature in the room was dry. Never again will we go back there!!!!!!

I ordered a family bundle and came home with a few items mind you the food was cold and sloppy for the first time. The fries were super salty and their customer service sucked when I tried calling they let it ring for ever called multiple times so here I am leaving a review and messaged customer service!! Shame on you and your salty sloppy service

This location the workers were really rude even the manager was rude im not from the area so I was asking a simple question and she responded so rude the tables were filthy and the food was also nasty not to mention the amount of homeless people that gather there Made me not want to go there anymore especially with my kids

Selma Burger King sucks! I was at the drive thru box for 5 minutes no response. Not to mention prior to that waiting for car in front of me 10 minutes dt box and at the window another 10 minutes waiting to get out These establishments think that people have time for their shortcomings in service.We don't $20 was to motivate your employees inspire them to take care of their customers. Never again. Time of day was after 6pm to 630ish
