this location sucks, something is always wrong here. the food is always thrown together, they usually get orders wrong, and they have run out of food or soda far too many times for a burger king location.

This location the workers were really rude even the manager was rude im not from the area so I was asking a simple question and she responded so rude the tables were filthy and the food was also nasty not to mention the amount of homeless people that gather there Made me not want to go there anymore especially with my kids

Not to mention prior to that waiting for car in front of me 10 minutes dt box and at the window another 10 minutes waiting to get out These establishments think that people have time for their shortcomings in service.We don't $20 was to motivate your employees inspire them to take care of their customers. Service was horrible made an order online on christmas went to pick it up and doors were locked but with lights on. Went through drive thru did not take any orders there. I went around 12 when the door hours clearly said it closed at 1. I did not get my food that I payed for ABSOLUTELY hate this store now don’t order here. Workers were there refusing to take orders, which i saw enter the store. I saw two female workers entering and a male worker holding the door for them which by the way was vaping. If i could I would rate this store 0 stars since that’s what it deserves.

I like coming to this specific BK. the customer service is great at night. Sofia the manager really knows how to take care of her customers. They make you feel like family. I had a big mishap happen on my end and they right away took care of me without hesitation. The girl with the cool blue hair is super nice too. I highly recommend this location and their Bacon King burger. Thank you Bk Team
