Come on Burger King.! For the price of the meal we are getting, we should be getting good food. The double whopper i got was dry, when i asked for extra ketchup, I was told it was extra. I was given 3 packets, which i used 2 for my dry burger patties and the one for the fries. My git told me to go somewhere else but i figured how bad could it be... BAD it was... And the customer service was horrible, the person seemed upset that i would ask for my food and gave the "really, you asking for more ketchup look." Needless to say, i will not be returning to this place. Sorry king, but not really.. 👎 👎👎

The manager threw my food away because I ordered online and once I got to the drive thru window she demanded me to go back around and was being very rude and let them know I ordered online. I ordered 2 breakfast croissant for my kids and she threw them away just because I told her to stop being rude to me in front of my kids

I stopped by just before 4pm and the dinning room was closed, only drive thru was available! I didn't want to wait in a long line, that's why I ordered ahead through the app. What's the point of it then?

I'm giving a 3 stars just because other burger kings are not as bad as this one. Took over 20 minutes to get food and I was still missing items. When I ask for my missing items they gave me a bag and just threw my food in there and it looks sloppy.

This burger king is my go to. I use the app so I always get my money's worth and then some. The staff are friendly and do a good job with my order especially Sofia. She tries to remember people and their orders, overall the best burger king I've been to.

Great place! Clean, fast and helpful. With a huge exception of the female manager while I visited. While she didn’t do anything crazy, she has a bad attitude towards anything and had an angry face on the whole time. The rest of the staff were amazing smiling and very helpful! Which made the experience good.
Order was missing items. Had to walk in to get items left out. Food was mediocre at best. Rodeo burger is a child size burger. Actually ordered the Rodeo King and window person said they don't offer it. Will not be going back. They can raise their prices so they can pay personnel $20 an hour but if service is lousy, food is lousy, and orders are wrong, customers will quit going there. They'll shut down soon too and more people will be in the unemployment line.
