Came in from a 3 hour drive. Inside is open till 10pm. I go in to use the restroom before ordering, and the shift leader, guy with glasses, extremely rude and sayd restrooms close at 9pm. I ask myself, where do they go to the restroom if they are closed, outside? Literally, both guy with glasses and John, cashier, look high and just looking to leave Good franchise, restaurant, always prioritizes customer service. This is how I keep my customers coming back. First and last time I come to this location!

Every time I visit this location the manager, Joey, is always friendly and consistently walking around the restaurant checking on his team members and customers. Food is out quickly and is hot and fresh. Never had any issues with my order. You can tell Joey leads with enthusiasm and it trickles down throughout the staff. Worse customer service ever. Understaffed and had my poor diabetic mother waiting for over 15 minutes on her lunch break from the hospital before even being helped then refused to make her mobile order. Whoever was working tonight deserves to be fired.
