I had a negative experience at this Chipotle. The customer service was poor, and the girl working with curly hair appeared very unhygienic, which made me uncomfortable while ordering. The food quality was also off compared to what I usually expect from Chipotle. Overall, the experience felt unprofessional and disappointing.

We stopped in to have lunch because of the super charger nearby. We ordered the chips and queso and the queso was so cold that it was still mostly a solid blob of 'cheese'. If you've ever eaten queso in your life you know it should be heated to a more liquid state and at least WARM, ideally, a little hot. We both agreed to it was too cold to even coat a chip so we went up back up and asked if they could reheat it. The manager then came out with the world's most pithy thermometer and told us it was at store mandated temperature. Rather than be Karen's and ask for some refund we both agreed Chipotle quality and service continues it's downward spiral. I hadn't eaten at one in 7 years before this...and it will probably another 7 if there are still even around with how insane the prices are.

I ordered a steak burrito with black beans, hot sauce, onions, cilantro, and cheese NO RICE. I got a rice burrito with sprinkles of the above ingredients and no cheese or hot sauce. Ordered hot sauce and guacamole on the side. Nope, didn't get them either... Very disappointed!!! Wish I could add a photo...

Gal got 2 things wrong in my order, but no big deal for me. They were out of steak and it was only noon. She was friendly as was rest of staff. Huge sandwich, a bit sloppy moist though. Hadn't been here in several years. Enough for 3 people!

The staff here at this location is why I come back. This isnt the closest chipotle to me but the staff is the best in the area. Im terrible with names but everyone on 6/16's night shift is awesome and are some of the nicest people around. Note for management: You need to do something special for this staff! They are keepers!
