I went in to order a bowl… I wasn’t acknowledged at all it seemed like they were super annoyed I came in at 9:40 when they close at 11:00, so I don’t understand why? And the whole staff acted like they didn’t see me and were super ignorant and rude and side eyeing until the girl who made my bowl came. The girl who was making my bowl kept showing irritation and annoyance while building my bowl…when I asked for more queso she said it’ll be an extra charge I said that’s fine she didn’t even put extra queso literally a teaspoon more like really…then why am I going to be charged? They also didn’t have any chips, steak, and something else I forgot, and the entire staff seemed unhappy or annoyed and upset that a customer (me) came in and then more people came in afterwards and they seemed even more annoyed for having to work…I don’t know why the staff is so ignorant, rude and unhappy maybe it was a bad day and that’s fine but don’t take it out or show it to your customers.. I never had such a horrible experience in my life this made me actually really disgusted because that is not how you treat people let alone customers absolutely horrible service, staff and atmosphere.

This location doesn't not care about customers including manager on site. I went in with my family of 6 for dinner at 8:45pm on Friday. They did not have 3 main ingredients but they had product on the other to go order line. And they denied to give us the items from the to go line but would have charged us regular price for the food even without those 3 ingredients!

Like every Chipotle it's expensive but consistently good, high quality ingredients. This location is right off the freeway, next to Starbucks; a must-stop for those long trips up and down the golden state.

Cheese was so old when I arrived they proceeded to give it to me (nielle) then I ask to wait for more cheese she said 20 mins and another lady brang it out instantly I ask why did you tell me 20 mins she responds she didn't know but she also didn't check the worst customer service every can work under pressure at all then they mixed day old cheese with fresh queso cheese it was horrible on a Sunday o would not recommend I will be post the video soon -food reviewer the person who worked the register was suleyma the person hanldling the food identified as Nielle

Jennifer who was my server today did a great job she was swift professional courteous and very fair on portions! Also she neatly rolled my burrito and packed it nicely . Also seen Jennifer working hard in the back helping this business move forward! we need more young people like this in our food industry really helps make all the difference in a good experience . Good job keep up the good work and thank you for the good service!

Stopped in for a late lunch as we were passing through on the way back home. This Chipotle is about as good as it gets. Helpful employees, noticed a lot of them cleaning as we sat eating which does make one feel good about the quality of establishment. To the owner, your workers deserve a raise :) Very good portion sizes, fairly decent value.
