Went out to lunch with my clients food was already expensive as is we ordered sandwiches and tortilla soup my client found small metal wire in soup and on top of that saw roach on the wall not good experience

I really only like the French dip from here and they've done a decent (not great) but good job making and presenting they're version of the greatest sandwich idea ever to be made. Gotta love dipping into au jus! But yea theirs is okay, nothing to rave about, I think its because they seem to serve it to you right after unwrapping the whole amount of ingredients in the kitchen and microwave it for a minute or two

Deli-delicious more like deli-expensive.I called to order a Lettuce Tuna Rap. Nothing crazy. I didn’t get a total on the phone if not I would of got something different because everything else is cheaper then a tuna rap.It came out to $14.31Can you believe that. Even a big sandwich from there would of been cheaper and would of had more tuna then the rap. It was mostly lettuce. Anyways I’m really upset and when I called to ask for the price, since I felt I was over charged. I kept getting a different response. I’m sad because I would always go there to eat on my lunch time and now I don’t want to go there again. I usually get the salads and those are about $12 something but i fell it’s worth it since you get so much more in quantity.

Sandwich fillings were good; bread seemed stale; prices were high. Staff was pleasant but corporate policy seems to be to have them hide the true cost. Prices on the sign were in small font and they were nonexistent on paper menus. Then they charged a credit card fee with no warning and that lack of transparency bugged us. Not returning.

It was my first trip to this location, and I was impressed!!!!Sandwiches are my favorite, and I am judgey lol!!! So, 5 stars straight through were huge!!!The employees were super nice and kind.I look forward to returning and highly recommend this spot. It was clean and the food was fresh!!

Third time I have placed a phone order and then waist my time and gas going in there to pick up and then they tell me they are out if the specific sandwich I ordered. I always leave good tips there as well but I won't be going back anymore
