Purchased a double torture large with ice in a separate cup. I'm sad to see my drink came in a medium or smaller cup, and my ice came in the large cup. The drink wasn't even full being in a smaller cup. It wasn't until I started writing this review that i even noticed the ice in the large cup. Definitely would have asked for a refund if I noticed it at the window. Paid $8.95 for less than a medium

I ordered a shake for my husband who has been in the hospital . Both workers were so nice and offered go wishes for him and gave me the shake at no charge. Still good young people around. I needed that experience that morning. Thank you.

Girl at the window was nice but the girl next to hear looked at me with disgust after I mentioned another company that makes drinks as well.
This Dutch Bros was Amazing! It was my first time, I was driving back home to LA, Meli L. I believe was the sweetest and gave me her recommendation and it was so delicious! She personally made it and had delivered it to me in the drive thru ! I definitely will recommend this location. Her customer services made my drive home ! ☺️

whats the point of having 2 lines if the person is gonna purposely go out of order to help who they want, yes she looked right at me When I said i'm next then helped the car thst pulled up after i had been sitting there, and please dont say you go zig zag. because she was not doin that.
