The drinks always come out good but sometimes the customer service can be lacking. Feel rushed at times and I get it they are busy. Also sometimes they don’t acknowledge you at the window. It’s not all the time though. Drinks always come out good so cant complain too much.

started coming to this dutch more often, but i had a wild interaction today. i get down to order, and it kinda takes a while for someone to get to the window. (understandable i work at starbies) i order and then a minute later a large family comes to order. i was waiting in my car and gave it about less than 10 mins to go back and i wait a second and ask “hi i was just wondering if it was ready”. this guy says “it’s just me and my trainee and i just took ALL of these people’s orders and i’ll have it out right now.” in literally the snappiest attitude. like 🥲 i didn’t ask for attitude i just asked if it was ready ?? anyways the drink was watery and he had just left it outside the window when it was ready. maybe homie had a bad day but i fear that’s just customer service life 🫶🏼 i guess i won’t be returning here anymore 🫣

I like this location because insane getting free drinks since they opened over 2 years ago 😭 but they also give the wateriest drinks ever, like today I asked for extra think and revived with half watery half foam drink, what is this bruh this is not no extra think. (And it’s full hencing i literally just got it)

We only go there to go through the drive-thru and like any other time there's a wait because this place is really popular and their drinks are off the hook!! We have just about abandoned Starbucks because of Dutch Brothers. The one here in Selma is really awesome great staff friendly quick with the orders. We went to the one in kingsburg and we got sick from their drinks about an hour or so after consuming them So this is the only Dutch Bros that we want to go to kingsburg is out of the question.
Selma Dutch bros has the best baristas always on point on my teas and lemonade not like the one in Hanford always messing my orders up. Love it here keep up the good work!
