I have to go out to Selma every 6 months for my neurology appointment. When I got done I had to wait for my transport to get there and on the air I caught the greatest smell coming from a barbecue. I did a quick ghoul search to see what barbecue places were around me and I found this wonderful place called the grapewood grill. I called to make sure that the tri-tip was going to be available as it says to call a day ahead. I talked to a gentleman who was quite possibly one of the nicest men I've talked to in a long while and he explained that it wouldn't be a problem for me to get a tri-tip sandwich. I tried the sandwich and the ribs and I must say that this is quite possibly the best barbecue I've had in quite some time. It is truly authentic BBQ and it is definitely going to be a place that I visit on my biannual Trek to Selma. And try every one of the sides.

I got a slab of ribs with two sides and the food was absolutely delicious. The gentleman who took my order the day before for the slab of ribs and who gave me my food was absolutely amazing he was so funny and personable.

My husband always picks up our lunches for us and the portions are always generous, delicious, it was ribs, tri tip, Mac and cheese, beans, coke slaw, and the corn muffin. My husband said the customer service was great as always and he enjoys the friendly conversation. Highly recommend. Always consistent

The tri tip was soooo delicious the only thing I wanted was potato salad and beans they just gave me beans. I guess they forgot about the potato salad, but everything else was perfect.

My sister treated me out to lunch we came to the Grapewood.
I gotta say this is some good eating! I noticed their fb is outdated but Jordan and John are actively cooking in there. If you haven’t tried the Grapewood grill i recommend it! I believe they are open today from 12pm-6pm Please call them or go in and grab a menu to see their hours of operations!

The food is AMAZING. If you are looking for REAL BBQ then this is the spot. Tiny little hole in the wall but the tri tip is the best I have ever had. And the Mac and cheese! OMG the Mac and Cheese. Never had better!!
