The cashier was absolutely disrespectful and rude. Her name tag said Jessica but the receipt said Maritza . She messed up the order and when we tried to flag her down she decided to open the window aggressively and said we need to wait because CLEARLY she's taking an order. Then I tried to explain the mix up because my boyfriend does not like to inconvenience anyone and she told me to be quiet and let him talk. Not only will it be my last time there but management needs to get that under control before it becomes a bigger issue. If you don't like your job then go find another one. You messed up while placing the order and you want to come off passive aggressive and disrespectful to the customer. This is not how you run a business!!!!

Got there and waited 5 minutes before being acknowledged, 10 minutes spent waiting, the cashier went to help the man who walked in behind me so I stepped forward and said I'm here for a mobile order pick up and they continue to tell me they were working on it when there were two bags sitting there the whole time when I walked in I kept assuming they were mine but I couldn't tell because the receipt was too far away to read.. the cashier continues to take that man's order then takes the next ladies order then another few minutes go by they come to the counter the same cashier asking if I need a drink carrier and I say I didn't have any drinks then they go check the bags that have been sitting there the whole time while I was sitting there waiting and gives them to me. long story short when I walked in my food was ready and I had to sit around for almost 11 and a half minutes for them to give me those same bags that were already ready when I walked in almost 11 and a half minutes ago... They also need a deep cleaning it smells a little wet inside like if you left a rag that was wet out that was soaked with beer or soda or something.. have yet to eat my food yet we'll see how I feel afterwards...
