Saturday early morning, around 1:30 am we went by and the girl working there said she could not help us because they were on break, to come back in 15 minutes. We came back in about 20 minutes, and the girl said the same thing. I told her she had just told us to come back 20 minutes ago. She said she would take our order. Which she did… but I just thought it was strange to be turned away, 2 times.

I ordered a chicken nugget meal today at Selma jack in the box and my nuggets were cold, greasy, dried out and they looked like dark brown blobs of grease. I think they had been sitting and they threw them back into the grease to try and reheat. I also received cold curly fries. This is very disappointing when you pay the amount of money it costs for their meals to just throw it in the trash because its inedible. Shame on you Selma Jack in the Box!

My family and I were traveling to Bass Lake and we stopped at this jacking-the-box to get a quick bite, the lady working the drive-thru had a nasty attitude. We spent about $30 bucks on food, and she made us park in the front and wait for our order. When she came out we asked if we could come in to use the restroom she said we couldn’t go in because the lobby was closed. Smh ?♂️ unbelievable we just need to use the restroom. It was 5:20 am come on, I have been to other locations and never had a jack-in-the-box member refuse to let us use the restroom.
This Jack in the Box is awful. Ordered my food using the drive through. From missing items to having my entire order wrong. Told the manager my problem and they told me to park in the parking while they “fixed” my order. Waited for half an hour for someone to come out and only to be told they had “forgotten” to fix my order. Avoid this place. If I could give no stars I would.

We went to the drive thru and ordered a #4, 2 tacos and a large curly fry and were asked to wait in the front for our order. After about 15 minutes and noticing cars that were behind us in the drive thru drive off way before us I went in to ask. Only to find out they gave our order to the "wrong" customer that supposedly walked in and said it was theirs. That same customer came back and said it was the wrong order and they threw the food out. 20 minutes later not even an I'm sorry just a "were not busy, so it shouldn't take long to make your order!". He did ask me if I wanted a free fry or small drink. What a joke!

This has GOT to be the worst location I've ever been to, and I've been to locations with drug deals going down in the parking lot. When I walked in it smelled like sweat and dirt, got to the counter and the cashier was so busy flirting, it took 15 minutes to put in a 1 item order. On top of that, when it came time for her to take my order, she couldn't pay attention long enough to get the order right. Fast food shouldn't mean a drop in quality, but at THIS location, it does.

I enjoy the tacos from Jack, I went during my lunch break to get some and noticed that all my tacos had no meat or cheese!! It was full of lettuce!! what a total rip off, it was my only food for the day while at work and I got stuck with nothing to eat because they gave me such poorly made tacos.
