The chicken and the price is exceptional! The only problem with this location is that there are so many flies inside the restaurant I think it warrants a food safety hazard can't eat a decent meal without flies getting on you. I wish they install a door entry fan to help prevent them from getting in.

Service was very unsatisfactory I waited 20 mins for my chicken sandwich, then I asked and was told we just dropped them in the fryer, would 10 to 12 mins longer, and that was the shift manager who made the mistake of not frying the chicken when I first ordered. Well I asked for my money back.

Got the 8 piece chicken meal and added one wing for $3. We received everything in the meal. However we did not receive the wing. They made an extra $3 on us. The wing was for a friend as that is what she requested. We were really disappointed. It’s unfortunate that we can’t rely on receiving what we ordered!

This is a nicely maintained location. The inside seating is limited and can fill up fast.
The fries can sit in the basket for a while sometimes & get hard/stale. I ask for fresh fries & then it's all good.
The staff seems very courteous. While I was here on 11/26/2024, the manager and counter employee bent over backwards to help the 2 customers who came in after me.
The drive-thru can be a bit tricky to navigate due to it being kind of small. If you have a long pickup or van, you might consider going inside to order.
Overall, a nice place to go for a quick bite. 👍
Wheelchair accessibility: This location has a layout that is wheelchair friendly. Many tables with chairs that can be moved if needed. The drink fountain is standard & does not have low-reach buttons to pour the drinks.

Last couple of times chicken has been so overcooked, blood coming out of bone, couldn't chew it. Got a wing and a leg, could have sworn they came from Cornish game hen they were so small. Got a CFS without gravy, even though I asked for Xtra. Always shorted biscuits and the compostable containers break down before I can make it from Selma to Kingsburg. Can't call because the phone isn't set up for voice mail. Got an email from district mgr asking me to call her after bad experience. I have called and still can't get thru. Guess Dinuba KFC will get my money. Terrible restaurant.

My coworker invited me to eat, I think KFC and I think family bucket of chicken. So I doubt I would have picked that for lunch, well I was seriously missing out. Our cashier, Sergio was very patient with us, very helpful, and made our dining experience very enjoyable. For less than 15 dollars, my coworker and I both had a good hot lunch. Well I didn't stop there I know sounds a lot but I went in 2 additional times, I had to take my son with me, he is a picky eaters and the kids meal was perfect for him. He ate all his food, which was surprising, and the price was great for my wallet. I highly recommend the tenders with the KFC sauce and the spicy chicken sandwich.

Went to try the new saucy nuggets after a friend tried them at the nearby Clayton location and raved about them. I get to the drive thru and see no mention of the saucy nuggets on the menu. Red flag number 1. I asked thru the speaker if they have them they said yes but only about 3 of the flavors even tho they didn’t have the one I wanted to try I ordered anyway. I got the sticky chicky flavor. I get home to find naked nuggets and sauce cups on the side. Not what I was expecting and not what is advertised online. Sadly I’m not surprised it seems like Selma can never get it together - there’s always something missing or off.

Food was good. The staff is exceptional. They did not have what I wanted , but they went out of their way to get as close to it as possible while providing a discount for the higher price of the secondary item.
Parking: We had to park at the bank next door. No fault of the restaurant, just people did not know how to park within their marked spots . It was after normal banking hours so no issues taking a spot from someone else.
