Food was good. The staff is exceptional. They did not have what I wanted , but they went out of their way to get as close to it as possible while providing a discount for the higher price of the secondary item.Parking: We had to park at the bank next door. No fault of the restaurant, just people did not know how to park within their marked spots . It was after normal banking hours so no issues taking a spot from someone else.

So last night my family and I when to the Selma Location and got the 8 piece meal and the chicken tasted like old oil and gross and the price was way to much for a 8pice $40 I feel as if the food was not worth my family money or time .

Place is trash, always getting our order wrong. Even after they repeat the order right to you they still manage to get the order wrong. Girl at the window Alma was rude with mad staring problem, like relax girly. No need for all the attitude. Simply trying to feed the fam without negative energy.

I didn't catch the gentleman's name. Tall, fare skinned, with glasses. He was very nice, very professional, and moved quickly and delegated nicely. A line was forming after us and there was a wait on some items. He checked in with each of us waiting on our order and let us know they are still working on it and will be up shortly. I appreciate the great customer service.

Don’t order online, it’ll take more than 1 hr for order to be ready.
Went for lunch.I had a coupon but was charged regular price. The chicken was reheater/fried and dripping in grease. The biscuits were doughy., but the coleslaw was good.

I have been to the KFC in Dinuba many times and the food was great being able to add things from the Long Johns menu is good. But l was there 10 days ago and well maybe they were training new workers because l cked my order and found l was given someone eleces food. I took it right back as l had just left the drive through. They gave it to me and l looked again and l was not given my full order. So they tried now the 3 rd time. I walked to my car opened the bag and again was short 1 chicken sandwitch and a fry. At this point l gave up and went home. But l do love their food. They def. Need to work on that service. Disappointed !!

Food was fine but after placing my order, the cashier said "sorry, we ran out of small cups so we gave you a large". Thought she did me a favor, but after getting home i realized she charged me to upgrade the drink size. I didn't even want the drink, it just came with the $5 daily special. 50 cents is no big deal but it's definitely not okay to upcharge without even asking. Very disappointed >:(
