After 7:30pm any day of the week the employees say that the crepe machine is useless or that there is no crepe machine so they can't prepare them, but magically it only works during the day. I can only go in the afternoons and if that won't be on the menu in the afternoons they should remove it.

Website says they close at 10 so I walked in at 8:50. Turns out they close at 9. I ordered a simple fresas en caja, but was given a blended version of it in a cup with granola and coco. I’ve had fresas en caja at many places but they never put granola and coco. The girl working there was rushing and gave us fresas con crema instead… When we asked if that was fresas en caja she said the fresas were too frozen so I guess she took it upon herself to blend it, put it in a cup, and put granola on top too. Very disappointed

The other day I sent my child to the La Michoacana paletería to buy some dorilocos, they were very poorly prepared, I had very few cueritos and I brought two little peanuts, four little things of tamarind, a little bit of mango and the jicama was already stale, it was all bitter, you have to pay attention when the thing is already spoiled and give a good service and I'm already calling me on the phone they never answer please give them a good service

I ordered a glass of fruit and the fruit was old, the cucumbers were bitter, you could tell that it was days old, the lemon that was bitter was very bad and expensive for such poor preparation and quality of the food…. They were good before the quality of the food went down a lot

Bad customer service! Fist time there and we were ignored! We were waiting in front of the workers to be helped and one of them instead of even acknowledging us and said she was right back, she took off to the back and the other one saw us and completely ignored us and helped other people that got there after us. Never going back that’s for sure!!!

Very disappointed… first & last time here.There was over 4 staff personnel, one decided it was more important to restock unnecessary items. The team needed help, they were super slow, it was taking all 4 of them to help out for each order instead of them taking on a order each. There’s a few more cons i can mention…On another hand food was really good! Corn in a cup with takis & a mango diablito, but wouldn’t go back.
